I can see where actors would have to rely on their own personal experiences to feel a particular emotion for a part. Janet Jackson told Jay Leno that’s what she did while filming a sad scene for her new movie, ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?’ She was filming it when Michael Jackson passed away suddenly.

Here’s a clip of Janet’s appearance on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’:

Did you see the first ‘Why Did I Get Married’? Are you a Tyler Perry fan? This movie is due out April 2.

I’ve had some painful experiences in my life, but I feel like I’m trivializing them by using them for a scene in a movie. I don’t want to do that. It just makes me feel kind of dirty for having done that.

Michael would be proud of her. He wanted his family to have their own careers. Janet has done that, and Michael would be proud of her.
