Whether you like Nadya Suleman (aka “Octo-Mom”) or not, this is BAD news. TMZ reports that Nadya has fallen behind on her mortgage and is now in danger of going into foreclosure.
Octomom bought the La Habra, CA house in March, 2009. The seller, Amer Haddadin, transferred title to Octo’s dad. In return, Octo and her dad were required to make monthly payments of $4,139 for one year. On March 10, 2010, a balloon payment of $450,000 was due.
A rep for Amer tells TMZ Octo hasn’t paid the $450,000. And, he says, she didn’t make the last $4,139 payment. He also says, she’s been late on three other recent monthly payments. Amer says he “tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way” but unfortunately it’s come to this.
Amer’s rep says he intends to initiate foreclosure proceedings against Octomom.
TMZ said they were unable to reach Nadya’s rep for comment. I hate to think of all those children homeless.

When she is eveicted the state can take the babies and give each one to a sane and responsible family where thy have a cahnce at a normal life with parenst who have time to devote to them. The older 6 are doomed and would be better off living with wolves but they are attached to her.

It makes me so angry to see her sitting and paying for a mani and pedi when she could do that herself to save money. We know why she has financial problems.. those views say it all. She has no common sense, and she’s lucky the government aid departments don’t descriminate against women with that defect. Her kids may end up as well cared for as her fingers and toes.
Shouldn’t she have thought about all this BEFORE having a herd of kids???? Or did she assume she was going to rake in the money because she has a herd of kids? Either way its sad for the kids and stupid from her. We had to sell our home last year due to the recession, why should she be any different?

There is such a thing as government housing, based on your income.
Maybe her and the children will have to live where they can afford to live. Not all government housing is bad. Like she thought of a roof over their heads each time she got preggers on purpuse?

she actually needs to be admitted into a mental ward and all of her kids need to be taken and adopted out, so they have a chance in life otherwise we have 14 more people that are gonna be sucking us tax payers dry on welfare, medicaid, AFDC and what ever else they can get for free. would love to see her in tent city!!!
I’m afraid the state will have to support those kids in the end, whatever money she has it will not last. Perhaps if the goverment stops supporting all these women that have many kids just to stay home and keep having more babies, then they would stop, but i guess in the end is a biz for both parties.
Are you kidding the state and tax payers are taking care of them all now! and for her to put all this on her dads shoulders is horrible to say the very least. it her fault she has all those kids, and she wants more. and yes the goverment needs to stop supporting all the dead beat moms and their kids. if you cannot support yourself then you should not be allowed to have kids brought into the world that you cannot raise financially by yourself!!!! Losing a home when someone, no matter who, has children living in it is a tragedy. I cannot stand Kate Gosselin, but at least this WEIRDO is with her children. Everyone might tell Octomom to get out and do this and that…perhaps the same thing would have happened to Gosselin if she stayed with her children instead of shaking her lumpy tail on TV? Either way, I hope the whole family stays together.
