   I love, love, love Giada! Pre-ordered “Giada at Home” cookbook from Amazon and got it last week. It’s amazing! I have her other 3 cookbooks as well. I live in Michigan and really wish she’d do a book signing here sometime!

   My husband and I DVR her shows – her recipes are usually pretty outstanding! Not always good for my low-cal diet, though. LOL

   The only cookbook I own is the red plaid Better Homes and Gardens one, and that’s becuase my Mom gave it to me for Christmas. I like to cook, but I just usually don’t. I’m hoping I’ll cook more once my life settles into a better schedule, and I have kids to cook for, I know that will definitely help.
