TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has violated probation and will face jail time as a consequence. The actress has failed to fill the alcohol education requirement ordered by Judge Marsha Revel which required her to attend alcohol ed courses once a week. She’s been going about once every 3 weeks.
We’ve learned what’s going to come out at Lindsay’s progress hearing on May 20 — that she has habitually violated the judge’s requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days.
Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances. If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.
Do you think Judge Marsha Revel will stick to her original threat and jail Lindsay for not following her court order? Or do you think the actress will get off easy – like most celebs these days?

Oh she’s not going to go to jail, that judge is so star struck it’s not even funny. Lindsey did worse then Paris Hilton for Pete’s sake, and yet here she is, doing whatever she wants to do. No she won’t get any jail time at all.
I no longer feel sorry nor am I rooting for this girl to make things right anymore. I mean, she has fucked up parents and probably the worst support system around her, but ultimately is her that’s been putting herself in that position. She’s not a tennager anymore and should know better to get off that train shes on cause we all know where it leads to.

I see a stint in rehab in Lindsay’s future as an alternative to the jail time. Not that it will be taken seriously of course, but just as a way out of the situation.

i agree…she will not go to jail even though she totally deserve it. as for OD and die – I know a lot of people who have been on drugs for many many many years and they’re still alive – so we may have to look at this fugly face for a long time. btw i don’t wish her death, i would rather see her get help and go away for a long time.
I couldn’t agree more! Stop treating these people with kid gloves and make them pay the price for their wrongdoings. I know I would have been put in jail already!
