Max Factor did the honors, naming Victoria Beckham “The Most Glamorous Celebrity in the World.” Singer Dannii Minogue came in second, and Angelina Jolie was THIRD.
A spokesperson for Max Factor says, “Victoria Beckham has been gracing the fashion pages for years now with her glamorous looks and she has designed her own clothes range.
“She never leaves home without being fully made up and her signature glossy pout has become her calling card. Her simple tailored clothes, along with her love of heels and elegant make-up, have made her a fashion icon and queen of glamour.”
Well, all of those things are certainly true, aren’t they? We’re shocked when Victoria wears FLATS- lol.

VB is too thin to be glamorous. She is a horrible example for my teen daughter. Agree AJ is VERY boring. These “honors”, like People Most Beautiful, need renamed to Sucking Up to the Celebs. Waste of time.
This is BULLSH*T! How can that anorexic twig be the most glamorous woman in the world! This is rigged big time! She’s not that pretty either and her style isn’t unique. Dita von Teese is WAY GLAMOROUS and more beautiful than victoria and the other two which shouldn’t have even made it on the list. Dannii? Angelina? WTF?! Honestly the idiots who made this list up all deserve a good kick in the face. Dita is all glam 24/7 have you seen her in any photo without a beautiful flawless face and elegantly dressed?!! Totally agree with VB, the others not so much. This woman defines glamour, she always looks perfectly done up head to toe and is incredibly sexy in a classy way. Wasn’t always such a fan but started reading her style book while in a waiting room and her self-depreciating humor won me over! Victoria is the best!
I think Dita should be there as well, but I also think Victoria deserves a spot too. Both are different, but glamorous.
