Quote Of The Day: Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Exercise No-No

‘How I Shot Cupid’ author Jennifer Love Hewitt admits that, while dealing with body insecurities after some unflattering paparazzi shoots, she resorted to some pretty desperate measures to make herself look better.

I’ve run on my treadmill in heels thinking that it would make better leg muscles,” Jennifer said. “It doesn’t. It just hurts your back. And I’ve gotten on the treadmill with a scoop of ice cream. I was like ‘At least I’m working out.’”

I’m glad Jennifer doesn’t do either one of those things anymore- LOL!

This makes me think of what someone once told me: “A smart person learns from their mistakes, but a really smart person learns from other people’s mistakes.”

Wow that sounds weird. I think it’s still way more interesting to learn from your own mistakes, plus you remember how to do things right better if you’ve been the one making the mistake :) Or maybe i’m just stupid, lol
