Come on!!! Why can’t Lindsay Lohan have a good day? I just don’t get it! The actress is claiming she was attacked by a waitress while out with friends. She tweeted:
“A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason.”
It is not known where Lindsay was dining and who the waitress was but my guess is the girl got fired (if it’s true).
Although she celebrates her birthday today, Lindsay – who currently has to wear an alcohol-monitoring SCRAM bracelet as part of her probation for a driving under the influence (DUI) arrest – has told friends she won’t be having a wild night out because of her current situation. One “pal” told gossip website TMZ:
“I mean there’s not much you can do with a monitoring bracelet and no money.”
Ouch.

I have to agree with Scruffy. Don’t really know if the whole hitting thing was true or not. Don’t really care.
All I know is that the first thing I thought when I saw this was that she has really pulled herself together. She actually looks PRETTY. It’s been a really really long time since it didn’t hurt my brain just to look at her.

ha I read this on dlisted. She got punched by a waitress that messing with Paris’ ex- Doug Reindhart and Lindsey was having dinner with him. jealousy sux, women should not be hitting each other over sleeze bags with diseases

im sure that if a waitress punched her there was good reason behind it, otherwise, she would have had her fired and possibly ever arrested. Lindsay strikes me as the type of person who would warrant a nice punch in the face.
