Former ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8′ dad Jon Gosselin kicked off Independence Day weekend with the most all-American past time I can think of: going to the ball game. Here’s Jon, along with girlfriend Ellen Ross and his eight kids, at a Reading Phillies game.
I still feel faint when I think of taking EIGHT kids anywhere! But both Jon and Ellen look calm, even managing to take time to check their cell phones. They must have a system down.
And the kids look like they’re having fun 
I don’t know why that sign is there, but you think Jon is hoping we’ll take it to heart when thinking about him?

I certainly don’t see eight kid, I don’t even see half of his kids in these photo’s.
This reminds me of when i was little and my bio dad would have a different gf every couple of months and they would always want to act like our new mommy but my sister and i had an attitude like “yeah, you won’t be here next month”. His kids must just be bored with the rotating door gf system he has.
I just don’t get this. I wouldn’t drag around a girlfriend or boyfriend unless she or he was going to become a permanent fixture.
As for the “new mommy” bit, I find that insulting. Your sister and you presumably have a mother. Even if you didn’t, it takes a lot of nerve for someone to think she can just waltz in and fill that space.
