We all know that Lindsay Lohan is heading to court today regarding her probation violation. The judge has HAD IT with the actress, so there really is a good chance that she’s going to jail. Michael Lohan says that isn’t the solution.
“I’ll be there to support Lindsay. And if the judge wants to give her jail time, I’ll say that’s not what she needs. Recidivism is so high when someone with a drug problem goes to jail.”
As long as prescription drugs are “in the mix, she’ll never be 100 percent and have her career back. She can get off them with proper treatment, not jail.”
Is Lindsay heading to jail? Time will tell. What do you think she deserves?

yeah throw her in jail and if it is overcrowded then take out some of the average joes out and leave her in…..tired of celebrities getting special treatment.
