Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton enjoyed a day out at sea with their friends in St. Tropez, France. I love how even though the reality star is on a speeding tour, she still manages to do her makeup. LOL!
My guess is she caught wind of the paparazzi snapping away on a nearby boat. Either way, the group of girls looked like they were having a great time.

These two need to stop relying on being skinny and start toning up. They have absolutely no muscle tone going on. They look like skinny birds.
