I NEVER would’ve thought of ‘Terminator’ star Linda Hamilton for this role, but now that the announcement has been made (at Comic Con, of course), it makes perfect sense. I’m SO excited to see this play out!

Linda will be playing the role of Chuck’s mom on the TV show ‘Chuck.’ Once the press began speculating about Linda Carter (‘Wonder Woman’), I couldn’t think of anyone else, but Linda Hamilton is another GREAT choice!
From the official announcement: “Hamilton will appear throughout the season, leading Chuck to discover that her life was shrouded in secrets. She was a spy, a CIA agent … and that’s just the beginning. Who is she today? One thing is certain: She’s not the soccer mom who left her children so many years ago.”
