Jennifer Garner Is A Casual Princess

Jennifer Garner is hard at work today on the set of ‘Arthur’. The actress left her trailer after getting her hair and make up done, with the added touch of a tiara. It doesn’t quite go with tennis shoes and jeans (haha), but Jennifer makes anything look good. ;) I can only imagine what fancy dress she got to wear with the tiara.

I have to admit that I’m really anxious to check out Jennifer’s comedy movie ‘Butter’. So far it’s only listed as a 2011 release, no exact date yet.

What’s your favorite Jennifer Garner movie? I don’t know if I could narrow it down to one!

I’m from the “Dairy State” and haven’t seen butter carving or heard of it until this movie. hahaha. I guess I need to travel to Ohio to see these things……

I like her movies, but Alias is still my favorite of Jennifer Garner’s roles. I just am about to finish an Alias marathon that I started two weeks ago. LOVE.IT.

You can’t be real midwesterners if you have never heard of butter carving! The Ohio State fair has the most AMAZING butter sculptures and I know other fairs do too. I can’t wait to see this movie!

That is not a baby bump! Jennifer’s stomach has always been like that – it’s very athletic but it sticks out a bit, especially after two babies! Come on guys give her a break!
P.S. She looks really pretty hence the outfit!

She looks terrific, but I agree that she looks pregnant. It reminds me of how she looked in the film Catch & Release and she was preggo in that one, too. Everything she’s been wearing sends the signals that she’s expecting. Either way, I love her, too.

Omg, go to wikipedia and look up butter sculpture. I am dying! It’s actually an ancient Tibetan Buddhist tradition! And somehow it ended up in the Midwest. I don’t know why, but it’s cracking me up.

That is hilarious – I’ll check it out :)

I was born and raised in the Midwest too, CL. Lived in Indiana for 22 yrs. And I’ve never heard of butter carving either, lol!

  9. CapturingLife says:

I cringe thinking about how they will portray midwesterners. I’ve lived here my whole life and never once heard of butter carving. lmao I love Jennifer, so I’ll go see it because of her (and Hugh Jackman, of course).

that is def a baby bump under there!

I LOVE her. She seems so sweet and real. The fact that she’s a Red Sox fan really bothers me though. Oh well.

I do not understand why she came out denying the baby rumors. It certainly looks like a bump she’s hiding.

Jennifer Garner looks A LOT like Geena Davis in this picture!

    I love 13 going on 30!
And I have lived in Kansas and the midwest my whole life, and I know of butter carving b/c my family use to go up to the Iowa state fair every summer and the statues carved from butter are one of the highlights of the fair. Although FYI the entire statue isn’t made from butter- the outside is butter coating a metal frame.

  15. AnotherDirtyMartini says:

Okay then, I’ll agree with you! To be “really anxious” is wacky. I think you two should camp out at the box office together! :)

  16. AnotherDirtyMartini says:

Vera – this is too wacky! I have to say something…there is NO way in this crazy world that you are “anxious to check out” the movie Butter….it’s a movie about someone who carves…..butter. I call BS!!! BS ALERT!! C’mon now, admit it! LOL

Then I’m wacky, too. That movie sounded so corny and funny! Can you imagine the stereotypes for the midwest that will be in there? I can’t wait to see it!
