Last week Oksana Grigorieva hired an attorney to rep her in the extortion investigation and possibly a civil lawsuit against Mel Gibson. The attorney, James Spertus, is an expert on computers and electronic gadgets. TMZ has been told that Spertus will be hiring experts to sweep Oksana’s home for bugs.
Sources say Oksana is worried either Mel or the media has planted cameras or wiretapping devices and the lawyer doesn’t want to take any chances.
That could certainly spell trouble for Mel if they find anything, if she can prove he was behind it.
This mess is not going to go away anytime soon, is it?? A civil suit? You can almost guarantee what a media nightmare that will be!

I thought she was the one who secretly (and illegally) recorded conversations with Mr. Gibson. Now she is worried he is doing the same to her? The world is a funny place….
