I know the first thing y’all are going to say is “stop giving them press”. I know, I know. But I needed to post this craziness. I need someone to join me in banging my head on the wall! Here goes: People magazine talked to Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt about this sex tape nonsense. Their comments are bizarre. Spencer basically admits that he won’t leave Heidi in Costa Rica until she caves and does a reality show with him:
“I had to bring the puppies down and help them move in,” “[Heidi] thought I was going to leave, but I’m not. I didn’t want to get divorced. I have nothing in Malibu, I’m homeless, I’m nothing without her.”
Heidi maintains there are NO sex tapes:
“There is no sex tape that exists and there never was,” she says. “Spencer is trying to drum up press. This is exactly why I wanted to divorce him in the first place.”
THIS is where Spencer basically shoots himself in the foot:
“I told Heidi “if you don’t want to do the new reality show with me, then I’ll have to release old footage,” he says. “I can get $5 million from a sex tape, but I really don’t want to do that. It’s not the way I want things to be. Heidi is furious with me but I need to look out for myself.”
Can’t this quote be used against him? He is flat out admitting to blackmail!
Heidi’s final word on the matter:
“I’m going to leave the hotel and get a house because Spencer won’t leave me alone and won’t go back to Malibu right now,” Montag says. “It’s just too hard. I still love him, but I can’t stand what he’s doing.”
Still love him? A man who is threatening you and harassing you and willing to sell sex tapes of you? And you STILL LOVE HIM? What??
Please, let the head banging commence! UGH!!!!!!
