This story is making me think that Taylor Lautner might just be a little bit of a diva!
He was set to buy a customised 2006 Country Coach Recreational Vehicle for the measly price of $300,000. His plan was to use it while he was filming Abduction. However, the vehicle was not delivered on time. Taylor’s claiming breach of contract and fraud.
Taylor is suing over his “annoyance,” and wants to make the company pay out unspecified damages for “emotional distress.”

Everyone here is right. Yeah sure he’s got reason to be mad even if he did go a little overboard. And honestly I don’t see why everyone is bringing his talent as an actor into this. I mean everyone acts a little spoiled sometimes, and this time really shouldn’t have anything to do wit how he acts. The way some of you guys are talking is that if someone that YOU thought had loads of talent (or YOU thought that he had more) then you would accept how he’s acting just like that. Why do you get mad at him for being mostly reasonable? I just doesn’t make any sense.
He is right. After a signed contract, a company is responsable if the product is not delivered as the costumer wanted…. That is basic law. If you can’t do a certain type of work, just dont do it. For the problem, the company will have do – pay out unspecified damages -, wich are moral demages.
Can you imagine a marriage, for an example? How about a cake that is not delivered on time? Or a too short dress for the bride? It is the same situation, altough the cake and the dress examples are more dramatic -but the law is not only for the dramatic situations, right?-.
SO….DO WE GET TO SUE HIM FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS FOR WATCHING THIS NO TALENT BITCH, SORT-OF ACT ?
Oh, come on. I would be a tad upset if I didn’t get my $300,000 car by the time I specified. But I’d cancel the whole deal and go out and buy a car on the lot. Guys.
If I spent $300 000 on something I’d want it on time too! People get upset if their $5 meal takes too long to get. When you pay that steep of a price for something, you expect the service level to go along with it. It’s probably just his business manager doing the whole thing anyways.

Emotional distress?! Seriously, it’s not like anyone died
he’s acting more like a spoiled little brat who didnt get his toy in time so now he has to throw a tantrum….so unattractive!! hope its not true.
I always had this feeling inside that he would turn out to be a total princess, and he is really not a good actor.
