What a difference a year makes! Actress Sara Rue spent the last nine months working on losing weight and getting fit – and did she ever! She lost a total of 50 pounds by following Jenny Craig’s diet plan and working out daily.
Sara says she went from a size 14 down to a size 6, and she’s perfectly content right there. She has no plan to be a zero.
I’m done losing weight, I feel great, and I love looking like a woman. I love being curvy and having boobs and hips. It’s hot. I don’t ever want to be size zero.
Even though she’s finished with the weight loss, she still works out almost daily to stay in shape.
I do my workouts five times a week, she says. I work out with my trainer one or two times a week, and we run together. As long as I do cardio for 45 minutes to an hour each day I work out, I feel like I’m okay.
