As it stands, Oksana Grigorieva currently receives $5,000 a month in child support for her baby with Mel Gibson, Lucia, plus he pays for the house that they live in. However, she’s asking a judge for more. A LOT more. Oksana reportedly wants $40,000 a month in child support instead of what she’s already receiving.
Who is giving this girl legal counsel?! It is doubtful that the judge is going to rule the Lucia, who is 9 months old needs that kind of monthly income. So all she’s doing is hurting her cause. What mom needs 40k a month?!? People were looking at Oksana as the victim because of Mel Gibson’s scary outbursts, but now she just seems greedy. Neither of them are looking great in the public eye right now.

Give me a break! 40k a MONTH for one small baby? How many diapers and how much formula can she possibly go through? She’s a freaking gold-digger. Mel Gibson isn’t any better though, between his verbal tirades, possible physical abuse and throwing over his wife of 20-something years for a cheap midlife crisis tart. These two deserve each other.
Isn’t Kevin Federline getting 30k a week or something outlandish like that? And no one seems to be think that it’s a ridiculous amount. While 40k a month is a ridiculous amount for a 9 month old, . . . on the other hand, Mel is a multi-millionaire many times over. There is something to making the case that his child should live as well as he does. Perhaps the money is also to pay for medical/body guards/nannies/household?

Oh Please! This women is a joke, liar, manipulator and well some other expletives I’ll chose not to share. I don’t know, for some reason I don’t think those tapes were what they were portrayed to be. I always felt that he was reading a script or multiple scripts out load she taped it and spliced them together. There’s just something about the pitch and the way it changes from sentence to sentence or in some cases word by word. I think it’s funny though that she is like “I’ll stomp your career beyond recognition, but can a get hand out.” ha, b*&ch is crazy.
Regardless of what you think of Oksana, Mel has 2 kids under the age of 18 and in California I am sure the courts would agree he should pay the same amount of CHILD SUPPORT for each kid .
You can bet that he is paying a lot more than 5 grand to Robin for child support and maybe now Mel will stop refusing to use birth control and wear condoms.
1:51p.m. Yes, he should pay child support, but not the absurd amount of money she wants. She certainly knew what she was doing when she hooked her claws into Mel. She is a money grubbing whore. I would lay odds that the next guy she gets with will be just as well off as Mel, if not richer.
After Mel’s outburst (verbal and physical) I think she should ask for as much as she can. What a vile little man Mel Gibson turned out to be.
