This has gotten so ugly already. I don’t even want to think about how bad it could get from here.
Nicolette Sheridan has been given the green light to go ahead with her lawsuit against Marc Cherry for alleged assault and battery, gender violence, wrongful termination and discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and age, after she was fired from Desperate Housewives in 2008. ABC tried to get the case thrown out but a judge said Nicole’s lawsuit was valid and that she could continue. She’s suing for $20 million dollars.
She originally alleged that Marc Cherry had slapped her across the face, but the lawsuit was later amended to say that he gave her a “light tap” on the face.
I’m sure this is going to be one long, drawn out battle. Do you believe Nicolette or do you think that Marc is innocent?

I kinda miss her on the show but she needs to let it go! He won’t take her back anyway!
I have no idea if what she alleges is true. I do miss her on DH though. She was hysterical and it’s sad she isn’t working.
