Ben Affleck To Direct ‘Argo’

Ben Affleck isn’t going to run for office, but that doesn’t mean he’s lost interest in politics. Today it was announced that the actor has been tapped to direct the new political triller, ‘Argo’.

A true story of a CIA rescue mission disguised as a sci-fi movie production. (via Screenrant)

Sounds RIGHT up my alley! George Clooney is producing – so there’s all types of hotness going on behind the camera. :)

This won’t be Ben’s directorial debut. Remember he worked on ‘Gone Baby Gone’ with his brother Casey AND hit a home run with ‘The Town’. Could Ben go 3 for 3?

Wow, I’m pretty impressed! Maybe it’s just me I don’t really see him as a serious kinda guy. This movie sounds really cool! I’d love to go see it. I like him better without the beard! His beard is weird. Hehe. Oh, this is an entry for your Iron Fey giveaway! -crosses fingers-

Funny as he’s also going to play the lead role in this true story about cia agent Antonio Mendez, a Hispanic/Latino American.
    Funny and sad
