Halle Berry Put Her Mansion Up For Sale A Few Weeks Ago

It looks like Halle Berry was really counting on the judge to be on her side because according to new reports, the actress put her Hollywood Hills mansion up for sale a good few weeks ago, thinking that she would be in the clear to get the green light she needed to move to France with her fiance, Olivier Martinez, and her daughter Nahla Aubry. As I’m sure we all know by now, that didn’t happen and Nahla’s daddy Gabriel Aubry got a beatdown on Thanksgiving day because of it. Here’s what we’re reading:

Halle Berry has VERY quietly listed her Hollywood Hills mansion for $15 million … the same home where Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez faced off in a violent Thanksgiving Day showdown … TMZ has learned.

Multiple real estate sources familiar with the deal tell TMZ … a few weeks back Halle gave a prominent realtor a pocket listing — a fancy term for property that isn’t advertised. The broker — Billy Rose with the high-end company, The Agency, has history with the house. He owned it a decade ago, renovated it and then sold it to actor Frankie Muniz, who sold it to Halle several years later.

Sources tell TMZ … Rose has quietly put out feelers to other realtors and potential buyers … with some success. We’re told last week Halle got an $11 million offer, but she’s holding out for more.

Oh, Halle. You can’t always get what you want and expect that your baby daddy is going to pack his bags and move everywhere you and your current flame decide to play house. It’s really not fair to Nahla or to Gabriel, for that matter. While this is all crazy right now, I can’t only imagine how much crazier it’s going to be when Gabriel eventually finds someone and marries them and Nahla gets a stepmother. Oh, the DRAMA!

  1. Lola says

What if she is only moving to San Diego or Big Sur or Oakland or Bakersfield. ???????? Do you know her intimate most thoughts? Wow – Judge and jury.

  2. Dumb people says

Bwahahaha, Bakersfield?!! Lola, you’re a moron. First of all, she didn’t file to move to Bakersfield (bwahahaha.) Second of all, it wouldn’t be “only moving” as those destinations are out of area and long distance and would still require court approval. Third of all, if you’re seeking legal analysis of gossip stories, don’t read gossip blogs if your world is so rattled by the obvious.
