Pink’s Secret To Those Rock Hard Abs!

If your New Year’s resolution is to get fit, we have some help for you!  I have to say that Pink has one of the most amazing figures of all celebrity women, and even more so post baby!  And now, fortunately for us the singer’s trainer, Jeannette Jenkins, is sharing the secrets to how she helped the singer get her amazing body back after the birth of her daughter Willow in June of 2011.

In a video posted on Jenkins describes her exercise routine, dubbed the ‘Burpee Push Shuffle’ as being;

“an amazing exercise that you can do in a boot camp or in interval training workout to help you burn calories and tone the entire body from head to toe.  All you have to do is take your feet hip distance apart, slap the ground, throw the legs back, give me push up, throw the legs back up, big jump. Shuffle to the right, touch the ground, shuffle to the left. Now try that one more time! Now do 15 more reps.”

Wow, I’m tired just reading that – but it’s obviously super effective because Pink looks amazing! I think I love the fact that Pink actually took the time to get her body back after having Willow and didn’t feel the need to starve herself thin.  Maybe I’ll give the ‘Burpee Push Shuffle’ a try!
