JADA PINKETT SMITH Says Young Celebrities Are Being “Bullied”

Fall 2013 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week - Marchesa Show

It looks like this celebrity mama’s claws are coming out! Actress Jada Pinkett Smith is defending the young celebrities of Hollywood, claiming that they are being “bullied” by the media!

The Hollywood star recently penned an open letter on Facebook, coming to the defense of some young stars such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Justin Bieber. Here’s what she writes:

We all know how hard it is to keep our head above water, even in the privacy of our own homes let alone on the world stage. Imagine yourself, at their age, with the spotlights, challenges and responsibilities. Most of us would have fallen to the waste side before we could even get to a crashed Ferrari, a controversial romance, several heart breaks, or an Oscar nomination at NINE. We WISH we could have had the capacity to accomplish HALF of what they have accomplished along with ALL these challenges they face. But…maybe THAT’S the problem…we WISH we could have or even…we WISH we could.

What do you guys think? Are these stars REALLY being bullied by the media?

Ok Jada, Whatever you say! Anyone who makes the decision of being a public figure while earning MILLIONS know what they’re in for. They know this is part of the deal. This is such bs when people like Jada come out and say things like “others wouldn’t be able to deal with the criticism” sure about that? I can name plenty who could, and are dealing with it in a dignified way. Every “star”, public figured who is in the limelight is there willingly. I don’t believe that they’re being held against their will. Maybe, just maybe, if some of them stop smoking pot w/ their top off, or beating the crap out of woman or acting like morons, or walking around looking like a freak-show and expecting no one to notice them. It’s kind of hard to feel any sympathy for someone who is constantly posting pics on the website, twitter,ig, every time they smoke pot or take their top off. Sorry, but if they valued their privacy so much and feel like their precious privacy is being violated, maybe keep the pics out the public eye and keeping to themselves? Sorry, but I don’t blame the media one bit.
