STEPHENIE MEYER
Speaks Out On Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson

Cast Of The Host appears at The Grove to film EXTRA

Twilight‘ author Stephenie Meyer is busy promoting her new project, ‘The Host.’ But she still can’t fully escape ‘Twilight.’ Stephenie was asked about Kristen Stewart’s and Robert Pattinson’s cheating scandal, and she finally addressed it.

“Here’s the thing: there are some actors who are looking to be world famous, to be that household name, and although they might discover that there are a lot of negative things involved in that, it’s what they want. But that doesn’t apply to Kristen and Rob. That’s what makes it kind of ironic and tragic.  I just don’t think they enjoy the parts [of fame] that other people would. And I totally get that, because it would not be my thing either.”

Stephenie said being a married mother of three has protected her from these aspects of fame.

“At the same time – and this is where the guilt comes from – it’s created this nice, peaceful place for me. They took all of my heat, which I feel bad about. If they had the choice, I’ve no idea if they’d even do Twilight again. I just don’t know. I think this has all come at a heavy price.”

I’m kind of surprised Kristen and Rob didn’t realize how big the ‘Twilight’ movies were going to be, given how popular the books were. But I guess hindsight is always 20/20.

bullshit, I’ll never feel sorry for those two if the attention from the first movie was so bad why did you agree to make 4 sequels? It is just an act they do for attention.

because they had a contract dumbass. they want to actors not celebrity. Many book that are popular never explode when made into film. Twilight was exceptional.
