Drew Barrymore got to enjoy some “me” time yesterday! The new mom went to a yoga class. Then she stopped by Bristol Farms to pick up some groceries. It’s good to see Drew is making time for herself. That’s an easy thing to let fall to the wayside once a baby comes along.
Drew has been open about the fact that she didn’t force herself to lose her baby weight right after giving birth to Olive. Good for her! It looks like she’s easing back into getting herself into shape with yoga. Yoga is a great way to start: just getting more limber helps you feel better. Are you a fan of yoga?
