BRITNEY SPEARS Admits That She’s On Nutrisystem


Anyone who has had a few kids and is passed the age of 30 will know that it’s not easy to keep up with your body in the same way that you used to. When I was younger, I had no problem eating a full plate of fries and now I just worry that it all goes straight to – you guessed it – my thighs! LOL. Britney Spears must know what I’m talking about as she talks about her diet and fitness regime to Shape Magazine, and admits that she definitely has to put more work into her bod than she used to. Here are some highlights:

Keeping her body in shape: “I like it, then again, I hate it. I’m in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it up.”

She’s on the Nutrisystem weight loss program: “Dieting is tough … because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. I try not to make those [cookies] too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough.”

On her workouts: “I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio — hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple — they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”
