NORMAN REEDUS ‘Walking Dead’ Star Bought His Own Little Piece Of Italy For $3.8 Million

2013 Tribeca Film Festival - 'Sunlight Jr.' Screening

Norman Reedus lives and works in the United States. He’s best known for starring in ‘Walking Dead’ and also starred in ‘The Boondock Saints.’ But why should that keep him from enjoying Italy if he has the resources? Norman brought Italy to him by buying a penthouse condominium in a Little Italy building he’s been living in for more than three years. The Real Deal discovered this purchase when city records about the purchase were filed.

Norman purchased the condo from Andreas Veith, the former CEO of Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation, for $3.8 million. In March 2012, the property was listed for $4.25 million, so it sounds like Norman even got a good deal! The 2,579-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, 10-foot timber beamed ceilings, red oak floors, a fireplace, and even 600 square feet of private outdoor space near the living room. Sounds amazing!
