BETHENNY FRANKEL
Should She Exercise Damage Control By Settling Custody Case?

Bethenny Frankel Out With Her Daughter Bryn In New YorkA couple of days ago Bethenny Frankel took the stand in the nasty custody case against Jason Hoppy. RELATED: Bethenny Frankel testifies in nasty custody battle. Bethenny wants primary custody of their daughter, Bryn, while Jason wants joint custody. Now sources claim business advisers are urging Bethenny to settle the case before Jason takes the stand and reveals “tawdry details” about her personal life.

Sources tell Radar Online that Bethenny’s business advisers are concerned about the effects that personal revelations could have on her.

[Bethenny is being advised] to just settle the custody case with Jason, and agree to joint custody, because there is just no way a judge will award her sole custody. Jason is a very involved dad in Bryn’s life. Furthermore, Jason will testify on his behalf regarding some shocking details involving his ex.

“Bethenny’s camp is concerned it could really damage her SkinnyGirl brand, but she isn’t taking anyone’s advice, and won’t voluntarily agree to sharing custody of Bryn.”

In court, Bethenny alleged that Jason had threatened “to destroy” her in their custody battle. Jason hasn’t testified yet, nor has a court-appointed custody evaluator. Even Jason’s parents are expected to take the stand. The source said:

[Jason’s parents] plan on telling the court what an amazing dad he is, and how involved they are in Bryn’s life. Bethenny doesn’t have any family that will take the stand for her, because nobody would agree to do it.

“Even after all of this messiness, Jason believes that Bryn needs her mother, and would never dream of taking that away from her.”

This is what’s SO crazy. Jason is willing to share custody; the battle is because Bethenny wants primary custody. Why won’t she just share? I don’t see this going well for her.
