Kendra Wilkinson is hitting a milestone birthday: she’s about to turn 30. The mom of two dishes on how she’s much more comfortable with her body now, after giving birth to two kids (Hank IV, who’s five, and Alijah, who’s 13 months), than she was when she was posing for Playboy.
I’m a woman now. I was a girl then. Even though I was in Playboy back then, right now I have the body of my dreams. I fill out jeans pretty good, now — I have the butt I’ve always wanted!”
She’s not looking to don a bikini until she gets an umbilical hernia surgically repaired, but otherwise, she feels good about her body.
What’s Kendra’s secret?
I’m not trying to be perfect anymore. I’m not trying to be in the gym every day and burn out anymore. I love barbecuing, we love eating. Going into my thirties, I want to be even more balanced. I want to pay attention to my body, but I also want to be a foodie!”
YES. We all want to look good, but we want to enjoy life, too, and good food is a part of that- LOL. Kendra shared her workout strategies.
In the summertime, I do like to be outdoors. That’s my lifestyle. Any activity outside is a workout. We walk a lot, we play tennis, golf. In the winter, I like to get in the gym or go to hot yoga. I am in the gym for 45 minutes three days a week.
“I have two kids — I need to save some energy and I don’t want to burn out!”
