Yesterday TLC announced the cancellation of ’19 Kids and Counting’ after it was discovered that Josh Duggar had sexually molested several girls, including his sisters, when he was a teenager. Remember how Mama June was threatening to sue because they didn’t cancel ’19 Kids and Counting’ as fast as they canceled her show, ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ after she was photographed with a man who was convicted of sexually molesting one of her daughters? Well, June Shannon still isn’t happy about how TLC has treated the Duggars despite the cancellation.
She complained that TLC was not cutting all ties with the Duggars. Although the network cancelled ’19 Kids and Counting,’ they’re still planning a docu-series with the Duggars. What?!
Mama June said:
I feel it will be another situation for them to get paid for doing something bad. Like, that kinda behavior is not okay.”
I’m not sure she’s in the best position to make that point, but I have to say: I don’t disagree with her. What is the docu-series (which, as far as I can tell, is just another term for “reality tv show”) going to be about? We’ll have to see if this is true: I haven’t heard anything about this besides Mama June’s statement. Are you interested in seeing a Duggars docu-series, if what she’s saying is true?
