I still can’t believe Robin Williams is gone. Today is the one year anniversary of his death. Sarah Michelle Gellar, who co-starred with Robin in the CBS show ‘The Crazy Ones,’ paid tribute to her late colleague.
Here’s Sarah’s Instagram post:
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better wether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded” #Emerson You succeeded RW #RobinWilliams
MANY lives breathed easier after laughing at Robin’s amazing comedic performances, so I agree with Sarah: he did, indeed, succeed at leaving the world a better place.
This is a picture of the park bench that Robin sat on during ‘Good Will Hunting,’ as well as his famous line from that movie. Hopefully Robin is resting in peace somewhere.
