Rihanna’s new agency will be called Fr8me, and she’s starting it up with her managing partner. The firm will help clients with booking gigs in commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red-carpet appearances. Rihanna said:
Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity. I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do.
“We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me, but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!”
Rihanna has already recruited her own makeup artist Mylah Morales, as well as ‘Empire’ star Taraji P. Henson’s wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden. Hairstylists Patricia Morales, whose clients include Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie, and Marcia Hamilton, who styles Jada Pinkett Smith and the Smith family, have also come on board. Leave it to Rihanna to do something besides the typical lifestyle business that so many female celebrities are getting into these days! A talent agency: goodness ;).
