Rihanna Fights For Her Music
Will.i.am learned a valuable lesson, if this story is true: don't invite Rihanna over to listen to his music while she's working on an album! The Black Eyed Peas member reportedly invited Rihanna over to his house to listen to some of his tracts just as she was completing her 'Rated R' album, and Rihanna "fell in love" with his song 'Photographs.'
"I was in the studio 'cause it was the last night before we had to hand the album in and I was recording. (I) went back (to Will.i.am's house) and he didn't really want to play it (Photographs) at first. He was like, 'Ok, Rihanna's here now. You come to strongarm me?'
But when I heard it, the story is so, so real and I was like, 'This is my story - why do you guys want this song? This is not (Black Eyed Peas' album) The Energy Never Dies, this is deep s**t!'
Everybody knows that feeling that after a break-up, you just feel empty, like I just spent the last how many years in a relationship building this foundation and all I have left to show for it is some photographs, some memories. It was so personal and I wasn't leaving the studio without it.
"It was like three hours long, we listened to the song over and over again and we just kind of stared each other down. And finally he said, 'OK, but you have to come on tour with us.'
"When something is really important to me, I'll go to the end of the earth for it and that can be for anything but of course music is my first love so I'm very passionate about stuff like that and if I believe in a record enough, then I'll do anything. We didn't leave his house until 4am but it was worth it because now it's my favorite song on the album."
Rihanna sounds like a strong-willed woman!

Anna Torv Talks about 'Fringe'
Okay, full disclaimer up front: I LOVE the show 'Fringe.' It's been struggling in the ratings this season since it airs opposite power-house shows like 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'CSI.' I hope it survives, but either way, I had to post PopEater's exclusive interview with the star of the show, Anna Torv.
Here's what Anna had to say about the pace of the show.
"I've heard J.J. and our other show runners say that they didn't think they were going to [introduce a parallel universe so early]. They anticipated that the parallel universe was going to come season three, or something. I love all of that. I love the parallel universe. I keep hassling them, I pray that we're going to get to meet the other Olivia, the Olivia from the other side. I would love that very, very much."
Anna talks about her character, FBI agent Olivia Dunham.
"I think, for her to become this warm, motherly, generous, open person would be a very interesting place for her to go to. And so I wondered if her role is not to become the lover of young Peter, but to in fact become this mother to these two lost boys [Peter and his father, Walter Bishop]. And I do think that they're two lost boys."
Yet it won't be easy, especially given what's happened between Olivia and Walter Bishop.

Lady GaGa Has 'X-Factor' Producers Nervous
Lady GaGa is scheduled to perform on the British show 'X-Factor' (the show on which 'American Idol' is based). Simon Cowell is hoping she will give the show's ratings a boost, but producers are a little nervous about what she'll wear.
LADY GaGa's upcoming appearance on the X Factor is already sparking speculation - but it's over her clothes not her singing.
Lady GaGa, 23, is famous for her wild outfits including see-through bodysuits with only gaffer tape to protect her modesty.
Looking at Lady GaGa's stage outfits (these pictures are from the opening night of her Monster Ball tour), should the producers really be worried?

Robert Pattinson Says Twilight Saga Is A Metaphor For Abstinence
Robert Pattinson told a British newspaper he thinks the 'Twilight Saga' is both sexy yet a metaphor for abstinence.
Robert thinks the simmering tension coupled with other elements in the story are enough to dub it 'sexy'.
He told a British newspaper: "Twilight is a big metaphor for sexual abstinence, and yet it's erotic underneath."
I definitely think a big part of 'Twilight's' appeal is the "simmering tension," as Robert puts it, and Stephenie Meyer's Mormon beliefs include abstinence before marriage, but would you call the series a "metaphor for abstinence"?

Heidi Klum Enjoys Time With Her Oldest Daughter And Mother
Heidi Klum was spotted going out with her mother, Erna Klum, and her oldest daughter, Leni. I bet it was fun for the three of them to spend some girl time together! While Heidi looks like she's enjoying family time, she told Jimmy Kimmel she's done expanding it.
"The shop is closed. I have tattoos of my children. I just got the star for my little Lou. I was thinking I should put a stop sign there next to it now. Leni, Henry, Johan, Lou and a stop sign right here. The swirly stuff is my husband."
I can't blame her: Heidi has given birth to three children in four years with Seal (Henry was born in 2005, Johan was born in 2006, and Lou was born earlier this year)!
Seal has been touring in Australia for the last three weeks; as soon as he returned home, Heidi put him to work.
"He was in Australia on a tour and he just got back on Saturday. He was right on duty," she laughed. "I said: 'You've been gone for three weeks. I've been getting up by myself for three weeks. Now it's your turn'. "I pre-pumped and I left it in the fridge and said: 'Goodnight everybody'."
I don't blame Heidi for that, either- LOL!

Were Tiger Woods' Injuries Caused By His Wife, Not The Crash?
Uh-oh. This Tiger Woods crash is about to become a lot more complicated than a car accident if TMZ's sources are accurate. TMZ is reporting that Tiger already told someone that his wife, Elin Nordegrin, is the one who gave him the facial lacerations.
We're told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We're told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV -- but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.
We're told Woods became "distracted," thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree.
We're also told Woods had said during the conversation Friday he had been taking prescription pain medication for an injury, which could explain why he seemed somewhat out of it at the scene.
Now, the local police chief, Daniel Saylor, told People Elin used golf clubs to get Tiger out of the car after the crash.
"When [the officers] got there, he was laying in the street," Saylor told PEOPLE. "His wife had broken out the back window with a golf club to get into the vehicle and pull him out."
Saylor did not know how Nordegren managed to pull her husband out, but she was determined to do so. "She used two golf clubs," Saylor says. "She bent one and used another one.
"When they got there, they noticed he had lacerations to his lower and upper lip and blood in his mouth and he was in and out of consciousness," Saylor says.
Tiger reportedly is scheduled to be interviewed by law enforcement officials this afternoon.
