Nicole Richie has finally confirmed what we all know, she is pregnant. In the interview with Diane Sawyer, set to air this Thursday and Friday, Nicole finally confirms she is pregnant with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden's baby.

"Yes, I am. We are. I'm almost four months,"

Nicole also talks about her DUI arrest and upcoming jail time saying,

"I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would, And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

Rod Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster were spotted in the South of France on vacation with their son Alastair. Rod is 62 years old and his youngest will turn two this November. Can you imagine at 62 still having to change diapers? Ah, who am I kidding? I doubt Rod is on diaper duty on a regular basis.

Here's the super sassy Joan Allen and her co-star Julia Stiles at the "Bourne Ultimatum" special screening. It's not everyday an almost 51 year old (August 20th) can say she upstaged a 26 year old. Don't get me wrong... I think Julia is cute. But just look at Joan! I cannot wait to see this movie.

Remember how Christina Aguilera's husband, Jordan Bratman, wanted her to slow down because she's working too much? Well apparently, he was right! Christina has cancelled two shows in Australia because she has gotten sick with the flu. Christina has been put on bed rest for a few days, but she released this statement,

"Unfortunately, I have fallen ill with a bad flu virus. This is one of the best cities in the world to perform in and I am truly disappointed that I won't be able to share my show with you all."
