I know my girl crush on Ali Larter is well known by you all, or I assume so since every time I see her I go on and on about how pretty she is, but seriously doesn't she look great here? I think it's the fact that she's so natural looking and seems really down to earth. I'm curious, what you all think of Ali's circle dress? I think the shape is great, but that pattern is um.... interesting.

LOVE her! Ali Larter jetted off to Paris for Fashion Week to take in a few shows. Here she is at Ungaro yesterday. Even thought she kept it simple in all black for this show, it's no secret that I think Ali is one of the best dressed celebs out there. She always looks impeccable at every event she attends! I'm sure she's buying lots of amazing clothes in Paris...aahhh, what a life!

Ali Larter is one of my favorite celebs to follow. She seems so genuine and unaffected (so far). Here she is in Shape Magazine talking about how exercise has always been a part of her life and how she never deprives herself from the food she loves.
Make exercise a top priority - ”no excuses!
"Working out has always been a part of my life," says Ali, who grew up playing sports like softball and soccer. "Now that I'm in my 30s, it's become even more important for me to take care of myself." A dedicated runner, Ali takes advantage of the near-perfect Los Angeles weather with 25-minute morning jogs three or four times a week through the Hollywood Hills. "This is nonnegotiable," she says of her two- to three-mile run. "I don't think about it, I just do it. I never, ever miss my workout. Never!"
Indulge your senses... sensibly
Because she's so active, Ali has always been at a healthy weight. But she also credits moderation for her slim figure. "One night, I splurge and have pasta and champagne and finish with a chocolate soufflé. The next, it's a salad for dinner and frozen yogurt for dessert," she says. Generally, Ali sticks to an all-organic diet consisting of cereal, like muesli, with vanilla soy milk for breakfast and a grilled chicken salad for lunch. "I love to cook my own dinners," says Ali. "But I rarely eat carbs at night because I tend to put on pounds when I do. So I just make a sauce, like a thick lamb ragout, skip the bread and pasta, and add a salad."

Ali Larter On The Cover of Shape Magazine
Wow! I always knew Ali Larter had a great body and was super fit since, yes I do watch, "Heroes", but she really drives the point home on the cover of Shape Magazine. Whenever I see photos like these I get a strong love-hate feeling. When I was in college, my roommate used to post pictures of celebrities in bikinis all over the house to motivate her to lose weight... especially the fridge. So even though I would still go in to get a snack (yeah, that diet trick didn't work on me) it would make me feel super guilty about it. To this day, I still cringe at the site of a perfect body. :) BUT, I am happy for Ali for working hard and maintaining such a figure.
