Lindsay Lohan has already thought about obtaining a restraining order against her father, Michael, once he began telling the media that he planned to kidnap her if necessary, supposedly to get her off prescription drugs.

Unfortunately, that hasn't stopped Michael from talking to the press and threatening to expose phone messages that are supposed to prove Lindsay's mother, Dina, is helping Lindsay "cover up" her "numerous addictions." Now Dina is fighting back.

"He's getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that's not going to happen. If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it.

"He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?' " Dina said.

"He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail.

"He's getting paid for these shows he's doing talking about Lindsay," Dina said. "He's flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he's hurting every time he goes on television."

Dina confirmed to Page Six that Lindsay and Ali are obtaining protection orders. She also claimed Michael is getting "nervous" because he's estranged from all of his children.

This whole thing is just incredibly sad.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted out shopping in SoHo rocking some extremely short shorts and white knee-high boots. Lindsay was joined by her sister, Ali Lohan, and forever BFF Patrick Aufdenkamp.

The threesome enjoyed sno-cones as they strolled through NYC laughing and searched for their next purchase.

On a somewhat related note, what do you think about Lindsay's new lips? She had them done and they are significantly plumper.

Looks like Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are trying to give their relationship another shot. The actress was spotted sneaking into Samantha's house for a late night rendezvous in Los Angeles. Naturally, the paparazzi were stationed waiting for something to happen.

Earlier in the day, Lindsay was photographed leaving the Andy Lecompte Salon in West Hollywood with little sis, Ali Lohan. Getting ready for her date?

Hopefully, these two will be able to work out their differences.

I feel bad for Ali. The two sisters were photographed every day together having fun and now it seems that Lindsay and Sam are on the up and up which means Lindsay's focus will completely switch. It must have been nice to reconnect - even for those few weeks.
