How I Met Your Mother Gets A Father
More exciting news for those you (us) watching How I Met Your Mother! The role of Lily's (played by Alyson Hannigan) father has been cast. The lucky dad is Chris Elliott. I think it's perfect - he's so wacky and would make perfect sense since Lily is a pretty hilarious character with a lot of quirks.
Back in September, when they were still searching for the perfect dad, the series' creator, Carter Bays, shared with TV guide:
He was not at the wedding. It's a bit of an estranged relationship and he's going to come back into her life," Bays says. "We find out he wasn't the best dad. It's sort of at the root of why Marshall's very gung-ho about having kids and Lily not so much."
I think most people remember him as the uber-creepy stalker Dom (aka "woobie") from the movie There's Something About Mary.

Marcia Cross was spotted out and about in Hollywood with twin daughters Eden and Savannah along with a nanny (check out the thumbnails). I love how Marcia always has her daughters in hats like herself! There's so much sun in California, it's good that she's in the habit of protecting them from it.
Meanwhile, Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof were also spotted out in Hollywood with baby Satyana. I can't wait to get a good peek at Satyana! I'm sure she'll be as cute as her mother ;)

Alyson Hannigan Gives Birth To A Little Girl
Alyson Hannigan just gave birth to a healthy baby girl. She was born on March 24th. WOW. Can't believe they managed to keep the birth a secret for almost a week! Rep says,
And of course, I'm sure you're all dying to know her name right? Alyson and Alexis Denisof have named their little bundle of joy Satyana.
