Amy Winehouse Rushed To Hospital After Partying With Friends
Amy Winehouse was rushed to hospital after partying with friends.
The troubled singer – who is currently staying in St Lucia while she writes
her third album – was reportedly taken to a medical facility by ambulance
and received emergency medical treatment after a wild night of drinking on
Friday.
Amy was discharged later that evening, but friends of the star believe her
deteriorating health may jeopardize her scheduled UK show at London’s
Shepherd’s Bush Empire next Sunday.
A source told Britain’s The Sun newspaper:
“Amy’s concert might as well be
cancelled now. She’s not going to make it. It’s not worth her while even if
she does make it, it will be a shambles. She is not ready for it.”
The 25-year-old star – who has publicly battled substance abuse – was
hospitalized last month after she fainted in her luxurious Caribbean villa.
Her spokesperson said it was due to dehydration.
Just days later, Amy broke down in tears and appeared to be intoxicated as
she sang at the St Lucia Jazz Festival.
One unhappy fan said:
"Amy could barely stand up, she didn't know the words
to her songs. It's a disgrace. She was so drunk she didn't know where she
was. She's a lost cause."
Guess the island isn't really the cure Amy is making it out to be to the media after all.

Photographers Can't Come Near Amy Winehouse's Home
What a relief Amy Winehouse must feel. Not to mention that I bet her neighbors are pretty darn happy to hear the news. The singer recently won an injunction that will ban the paparazzi from coming within a certain distance.
Amy, or
more realistically her managers, sought to ban the photographers who
constantly set up camp in front of her home. And now they must stay
back at least 100 meters from the property.A sign is now even posted on her door to let potential paps know they’re breaking the law if they come too close.
Amy’s team requested the ban last month, after she moved from her home in Camden, to a more sleepy neighborhood in Enfield.
I wonder if we'll be seeing laws like this put into place? I'm sure other celebs would love to have the same set up! I find this sort of thing really interesting and am curious to see what direction the whole industry starts heading when it comes to paparazzi.

Amy Winehouse Sponsoring A Child In St. Lucia
The island has certainly moved her to make all kinds of changes in her life, hasn't it?
Amy Winehouse is supposedly planning on sponsoring a child in St. Lucia. I'm glad she's well enough now to be able to think about making someone's life a little better. A year ago, that would have been nearly impossible!
"Amy was talking about adopting in the context of looking
after children on the island, perhaps through some kind of music and
education-based project."
Remember a while back when there were rumors floating around that the singer planned to adopt? Well, that was probably just this news, gone wild.
"Amy is seriously thinking about
adopting. But she is aware it’s going to be incredibly difficult with
her background. She has always wanted to be a mother. She loves St
Lucia and would move there for good in order to adopt." However, the
star’s spokesman insists Winehouse isn’t thinking of adopting in the
literal sense - explaining that the singer is determined to offer a
helping hand to childrens’ community projects in the resort.

I cannot keep up! First, she wants to get together with Blaaaaaaake, then she's seeing her bodyguard and now they're telling us Amy Winehouse is dating a waiter from St. Lucia.
If you believe it, his name is Junior and he's been helping Amy house hunt on the island.
"Amy has been letting her hair down on the island and is enjoying being
single. She instantly clicked with Junior and is just having a bit of
fun. It’s very early days but she loves spending time with him.They were snuggling into each other as they walked around the villa,
taking in the spectacular views. It is in a very secluded area, with
four bedrooms and a huge swimming pool.There is a massive deck, where Amy said she’d love to be able to get a band out onto to play over the valley views."

Fact or Fiction: Amy Winehouse's Husband Gets Woman Pregnant In Rehab
WHAT?
News of the World is running a story today about Blake Fielder Civil getting a woman pregnant in rehab. YES - Amy Winehouse's BBLLLAAAAAAAKKKKEEEE.
Gilleen Morris says she is six weeks pregnant. At first, Blake was upset by the news, but has now come around and is fully supporting his mistress.
"Blake seduced me and we had a secret fling.
"When I told him I was pregnant he said, 'Oh f***!' But he vowed to stand by
me and raise the child.""Initially I was planning to have an abortion but
Blake's vow has completely thrown me."I never planned for any more children. Our fling was just a bit of fun. I
never imagined these consequences."I'm now confused and don't know what to do."
This will most certainly throw a wrench in Blake's attempt to claim some of Amy's millions in their divorce settlement. Well, that is assuming this story is true.
Gilleen says she wouldn't mind Amy being the stepmom.
If Amy wants to be a stepmum I wouldn't mind, as long as she steered
clear of drugs and self-harming."It's also lovely that Blake's mum wants to go with me to the hospital.
"It's a nice gesture, but it will be nerve-racking meeting her for the first
time, let alone explaining how this happened."

Amy Winehouse Dating Her Bodyguard?
Amy Winehouse's divorce hasn't gone through but that's not a problem for the singer. She's reportedly already moved on from Blaaaaaaaaaake and is seeing someone very close to her...her bodyguard.
She's even introduced her new man, Neville, to her friends and family already. Sources say that the couple is doing great!
“They looked really happy and relaxed together."
Ahh, romancing the bodyguard...classic. :)

Amy Winehouse has taken up a new vice while living on St. Lucia - smoking banana skins. Have you ever heard of this? It's the first for me.
A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper:
"Amy wandered onto a private
porch on Cariblue Beach and began speaking to a group of locals who were
smoking banana skins.
"he made sure there wasn't anything really bad in them because she's being
so good now."They made one in front of her using dried strings from the inside of the
peel instead of tobacco, and putting it onto a piece of rolling paper. She
loved it and has taken to drying her own peel in the sun and smoking it in
the evening."
Amy is happier off the drugs and will keep to this natural habit as it fits with her new lifestyle.
"I'm clean now and feel much better for it. I'm
just a normal girl now."
The singer's behavior on the Caribbean island seems to reflect her words.
Looking tanned and relaxed, the 25-year-old star was seen barefoot riding a
horse on the beach after tucking into a pizza.
Amy's record company have reportedly decided to embrace their star's quest
to start a new life in St. Lucia - where she enjoyed a three-month holiday
earlier this year - and are planning to finance a recording studio in her
new home, so she can work on new tracks for the follow up to award-winning
album 'Back To Black'.
