Anderson Cooper Rescues Young Haitian Boy

This video has violence and blood - so be warned. It also shows courage and true human spirit. Anderson Cooper rescued a Haitian boy from looting chaos. Instead of being the reporter, he jumped in and carried the tween off the floor and away from the madness. Blood everywhere.

Full story here in Anderson's own words. Definitely worth a read. I hope he is ok.

Kathy Griffin Drops An "F-Bomb" On New Year's Eve Special

Kathy Griffin Drops An "F-Bomb" On New Year's Eve Special

Kathy Griffin co-hosted CNN's New Year Eve special with Anderson Cooper last night, but will it be her last? While the two were discussing some of the big news stories of the year, she purposely "toys" with the name Falcon (the balloon boy).

In Kathy's defense, CNN can't act too shocked, as she was pretty racy last year when they had her on, as well. She had given an obscene shout to an off-camera "heckler" as they were about to go to commercial. So, they sort of knew what they were in for, right?

I put the video under the continue reading link, if you want to check it out.
I had to watch the video twice because I didn't even catch it. Most viewers probably didn't either. ;)

Another Busy Weekend At LAX

Loads of celebrities were once again photographed arriving to LAX this past weekend. Some of my favorites like the yummy Anderson Cooper, adorable couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, beautiful Marisa Tomei, and the sexy Colin Farrell were all spotted getting ready to fly out of Los Angeles.

All in all I have the strongest urge to wait at the airport and see if I can run into anyone. I'd pay lots of money if I could accidentally run into Hugh Jackman or Christian Bale...Mmmmm.....

Anderson Coopers Refuses To Cover Heath Ledger's Death

Anderson Cooper is taking a stand, and says he will not cover Heath Ledger's death because of all the speculation going on.  He wrote in a blog on CNN,

"For the last two nights we have reported on actor Heath Ledger. His shocking death is clearly a story a lot of people are interested in, but tonight we will not be reporting more on it. The truth is there is not really anything new to report.
The full results of the various tests done on Mr. Ledger will not be ready for perhaps a few weeks and there is very little new information. I have no doubt other networks will spend a lot of time tonight discussing his death and the various rumors about what might have caused it, but I am not a fan of speculation, so unless there is something really new to discuss we probably won't be covering it anymore anytime soon."
