Well, here's another chapter that can be closed after Anna Nicole Smith's death. Her will, which was written in 2001 before DannieLynn was born, needed to be clarified so that Dannielynn can become sole heir. Howard K. Stern filed the papers to go about doing that,

Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter," a lawyer for Stern said after today's ruling, the Associated Press reports. "I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed."

And if the case with Anna's second husband J. Howard Marshall is settled, DannieLynn could inherit billions more. Yikes, this little girl is so young and already swimming in money. Let's just hope it doesn't attract the wrong sort of attention and people to her life...

Daniel Smith's inquest is currently in the works and the findings are a bit disturbing. Toxicology reports are claiming that the amount of drugs found in his system were mostly likely the "result of intentional ingestion".

Hern further claimed that, while he could not know for certain whether he did so deliberately or unintentionally, the large amount of drugs taken by Daniel in such a short amount of time - ”a onetime dosage of four pills rather than one, possibly diluted in a drink - ”lent itself to "a high degree of probability" that the overdose of drugs was "an intentional ingestion."
"Based on the amount in the stomach, it was not an attempt to get high," he said. "It was enough to kill him, with some left over unabsorbed. If what was in his blood hadn't killed him, the remainder would have continued its toxic effect."

Howard K. Stern also is getting brought up as a witness is claiming to have seen him flush pills down the toilet shortly after they found Daniel dead.

While on the stand, however, Shelley did admit to witnessing an incident involving pills and Stern shortly after the boy's death. Shelley claimed he saw the attorney and former Anna Nicole confidante found two pills in the pocket of a pair of pants belonging to the recently deceased Smith.
"He walked into the bathroom and flushed the two pills," he said. "I asked Howard what he had done and Howard said he 'took care of a problem.'"

Poor Daniel. If it was true that it was an intentional overdose, how disgusting of Howard to flush the pills. Who would have even thought to do that? My gut reaction would be to tend to the body, not to fix the scene. May they all rest in peace.

Larry Birkhead wants to set the record straight about his daughter's crossed eyes. It most likely has nothing to do with Anna Nicole's drug use while being pregnant. He has asked countless doctors and they all agree - it's genetics.

"All of the opinions that I had (from doctors), every one of them said that it's very, very unlikely, because no one knows 100 per cent what causes this.
"I point-blank ask every single doctor, "Could any medications that Anna was on have caused this?' and they said that it's more likely that a genetic reason could have caused it."

When I originally posted this story yesterday, a few readers commented in about their personal experience with having their child wear a patch. One-year-old Dannielynn Birkhead is being treated for strabismus, and is wearing an eye patch in an effort to correct the problem. Naturally, Larry Birkhead spoke exclusively to Entertainment Tonight about the situation. That interview probably paid for the doctor visits.

"I've been taking her to the doctors and... Anna had taken Dannielynn to the doctor to see about it when she was just a few months old."

Birkhead admits his daughter was initially pleased with her new look thanks in part to her love for pirates.

"I got her a little pirate doll to show her that people wear patches, and it's OK, and daddy wears a patch if he has to to show her it's OK. I've been really aggressive with the patch as much as I can be. At first she was really open to it and it didn't really bother her. Now, she's gotten a little smart because she can pull it off, so it's a little bit harder for me to patch her."

If the eye patch and medication don't correct the problem, little Dannielynn might face surgery.

I was JUST talking about her yesterday wondering why we haven't been getting any new footage of Anna Nicole Smith's baby as of late. Those paid weekly updates from The Insider just isn't enough for Larry Birkhead. Now, rumor is he is in talks to star in his very own reality show with daughter, Dannielynn. It is going to focus on "daddy duties". I give it one season...

A source says the father of the late Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, who's been inundated with offers ever since bringing the baby home, has an agreement in principle with one television producer.
"I don't want to give away something yet," Birkhead told us yesterday. "It's basically the 'day in the life of daddy duties.'
"The truth is, people came to me with pitches, and I haven't accepted anything. It's something they continue to talk to me about. It's multiple networks. I'm listening to what they have to say. I turned down ["Celebrity Rap Superstar"].

Drunken Stepfather (SITE NSFW) just sent me over a picture of Anna Nicole Smith deceased. It seems that someone took a picture of her after she died. There is no confirmation that it is real. But I have to tell you... it was TERRIBLE. Disgusting even! I won't post it on this site because that isn't what INO is about. But should you find a link somewhere online - please stay away. It's haunting.
Update: Some of you are emailing me the original fake from Radar magazine. That isn't it. This is a close up of her face and she has braids on.
UPDATE 2: Lawyer responds to photo:
"Shortly after I was retained by Howard Stern, I received firsthand information that MOE BRIGHTHAUPT ("Big Moe") had contacted tabloids offering for sale one or more photographs of Anna Nicole Smith. Yesterday, photographs of Anna Nicole and Dannielynn were posted on various Internet websites. These photographs are the property of the Estate of Anna Nicole Smith and were stolen from her camera shortly after her death. Big Moe denies selling the photographs but admits that he is distributing them. His misappropriation of Estate property is unlawful and his stated motives for doing so are not credible.
"This is another egregious example of deceit and manipulation by individuals and certain members of the media to profit from Anna Nicole's death. Even more disturbing is the fact that selective photographs have been distributed - intentionally selected to make Anna Nicole and others appear in a false light. Fortunately, the memory card stolen from the camera had been downloaded before it was stolen and the Estate is in possession of every photograph in the series. The other photographs clearly show that Anna Nicole, as she often did, was merely playing for the camera.
"The Estate shall pursue all available remedies against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorized distribution or publication of these, or any other, stolen photographs."

We all enjoyed video footage of Dannielynn's first birthday party. Now Larry Birkhead has sold shots of his daughter watching personal videos of Anna Nicole Smith and Daniel. I guess we just have to get used to this. Up next:
