Custody Battle Coming To An End For Larry Birkhead
Wow, I almost went an entire day without talking about Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead! Thank goodness I got this email! By next week, Larry is expected to take Dannielynn back to the US according to a source from the custody hearing. He just has to make sure all his paperwork is in order (think birth certificate, passports etc.) Larry is either going to relocate to Louisville, KY where most of his family lives or start new in LA with his daughter.
But this isn't the last time Larry will visit the Bahamas. He has to return in June to take part in another custody hearing in which Virgie Arthur will try gain visitation rights.
The Reason Behind The Anna Nicole Smith - Larry Birkhead Split
In case you were still interesting in the whole Larry Birkhead drama, OK Magazine got to the bottom of why Anna Nicole Smith left him and wouldn't acknowledge the possibility that he was Dannielynn's father. It was supposedly over her drug use. Larry wanted her to stop and be responsible and Anna Nicole saw no reason to do so. Days after the break up, Anna flew to the Bahamas and soon after her son died. Larry blinked and they ended up in a paternity battle. Here is what Larry had to say about the last days of their relationship:
"The actual fight that ended our relationship was over something really trivial. At the time I thought it was hormones and then we had some tension over the medications. I wanted her to just be responsible, so we had a falling out and she took off, and the next thing I know she came to the Bahamas and had the baby and then (her son) Daniel died. It was just all at once.
"I think she thought I was going to try and take the baby from her because I was worried about some of the things that she was doing and people were telling her that I was going to take the baby. Regardless, she took off but we stayed in contact all the way up to when the baby was born, either by telephone or emails."

"We were together for about two months and had sex eight to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me. I had been 'out' for a long time, but Larry was not out of the closet - ” and he was terrified about his family, who were devout Southern Baptists, finding out he was having a gay relationship.
He was especially afraid of his father finding out. He said, 'If my Dad knew about this, he would kill me!'
Obviously Birkhead's lawyers are saying this is simply untrue.

New pictures have surfaces showing off just how adorable baby Dannielynn is. You know, through this entire media circus it is so easy to forget that there is a little baby who has lost her mother in the mix. Even I was so caught up on the Larry Birkhead - Howard K. Stern scandal, that my thoughts rarely strayed to how this little one was doing. I know she is very young. But it still must be hard not having a constant force in her life yet. I hope her nanny comes along for the exchange. They seem to have a good relationship. And no pressure Larry - but find a good woman and settle down! :)

Stern Sues Virgie's Lawyer! The Anna Nicole Smith Battle Continues

Stern is suing Virgie Arthur's lawyer because she made on-air statements that claimed Howard had something to do with Anna Nicole's murder.
"The lawsuit focuses on Mr. O'Quinn's recent appearances on a number of national television shows in which he has made public accusations of murder and other misconduct against Mr. Stern in connection with the Anna Nicole Smith case. As stated in the complaint filed today, Mr. O'Quinn's accusations against Mr. Stern are false and Mr. Stern seeks to hold him accountable through the civil justice system."
