I hate to say it... but I have a feeling neither one of these men are the real father. I could eat my words in a few minutes though.

Howard K. Stern Will NOT Fight For Custody
The Anna Nicole Smith paternity test results are due out tomorrow. This will all come to an end soon enough. If Howard K. Stern is NOT the father, he promises to give Larry Birkhead no trouble. He will back down gracefully but continue to love Dannielynn as his own.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is the doctor who prescribed all 11 medications found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room the day she died.
One doctor authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room the day the Playboy Playmate died of a drug overdose, according to documents released by the medical examiner's office Wednesday.
More than 600 pills -- including about 450 muscle relaxants -- were missing from prescriptions that were no more than five weeks old, according to information obtained by The Associated Press through a public records request.

Anna Nicole Smith Update
The world will have to wait another week before we find out the paternity test results for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. But that isn't stopping the news makers from making some waves. Here is a quick update:
- Test results will be revealed on Tuesday!
- Howard K. Stern hired L. Lin Wood, a high powered attorney, to pursue libel and defamation claims on his behalf
- Virgie Arthur has asked the judge to make her the guardian ad litem of Dannielynn. HUH?!
- On Monday, Stern's lawyer withdrew an appeal to block the DNA test results from being made public. I guess they realized how silly it sounded.
And as a quick FYI, even if Howard K Stern isn't the father, it doesn't mean that Dannielynn will be removed from his custody instantly. This is only the tip of the iceberg. The real heat will come out when the custody battle begins (if one should arise).
Larry Birkhead Owes $620,000 To Debra Opri - HEY NOW!
Debra Opri is ready to get paid for her services - and oh boy does she want to get paid! Larry Birkhead owes his ex-lawyer $620,492.84! Man am I in the wrong profession. How on EARTH is he going to get that together? I wonder if she has a payment plan...
In all, the packet of bills Birkhead received today totaled 112 pages. Opri offered Birkhead a bargain: Instead of the $620,492.84 bill, she offered him a discount at $511,365.09, but only if he accepts immediately. Opri wrote, "I'm still willing to accept the discounted billing at this time, but only without further discussion."
TMZ contacted James Levesque, Opri's publicist with Luck Media & Marketing. He said, "Debra Opri always gets paid. That's what she does for a living." Beyond that, he wouldn't comment on the bill. Opri could not be immediately reached for comment.

Howard K. Stern Files Appeal - Needs More Time To Think
Howard K. Stern has filed an appeal to delay the paternity results of Dannielynn. The appeal has put a gag order in affect MEANING that even once they know who the daddy is, they won't be able to announce it.
Test results typically take three to five days. However, there is a gag order in effect in this case that will keep the identity of the father confidential until at least April 3rd, when the next meeting in the paternity case is scheduled to take place. The date was set to allow Stern time to appeal.
