Anna Paquin Is A Blushing Bride While Katie Holmes Is A Bridesmaid
Filming for 'The Romantics' continues. The wedding scene was shot outdoors: a brave choice, considering the ever-present paparazzi! There's Anna Paquin in her wedding dress. What do you think?
Josh Duhamel is the groom. Do you like his suit? I'm not sure it works for me.
Katie Holmes is wearing one of the less offensive bridesmaid's outfits I think I've ever seen :) And I knew she was tall, and Elijah Wood obviously isn't, which helped make him a good hobbit, but the height difference is really striking when they stand next to each other!
Here's how the NY Post interpreted Elijah's facial expression (in the thumbnail below where he's looking at Katie):
"Come on b****, we all know you're tall -- lose the heels and help a brother out, d***!"

Are The 'True Blood' Male Leads Competing For Air Time?
According to Betty Confidential, the answer would be: yes. Sources tell Betty that 'True Blood' star Alexander Skarsgard wants more screen time than Stephen Moyer. Although Stephen is considered the lead, Alexander reportedly thought he would get more to do when the audience had such a positive response to his character, Eric.
Now that he's dating Evan Rachel Wood in real life, he is said to want their characters to become the next "super couple" on 'True Blood.'
"He wants to be the next Stephen and Anna. But Rachel’s character is only recurring and she’s a villain. And fans don’t favor her character like they do Sookie."
Alexander reportedly has even gone so far as to ask showrunner Alan Ball to show him scripts for season three (after feeling like his character got a bit sidelined last season), but Alan declined.

Katie Holmes Continues To Film 'The Romantics'
I'm sure Katie Holmes is wishing 'The Romantics' set would relocate to California. It must be pretty hard to ignore the East Coast cold while shooting scenes in lingerie. She probably LEAPS into that robe the nano second after the director ends the scene.
Here she is alongside Josh Duhamel and Anna Paquin filming their movie 'The Romantics' on Long Island. I have to confess... when I see Josh all I think about is that stripper. It has branded him and we aren't even sure that it's TRUE or not! What a horrible thing to have to deal with. Are you able to disassociate the rumor with the man? Or are you still tying the two together?

Katie Holmes Continues To Film With Anna Paquin On Long Island
Wouldn't it be great if Katie Holmes and Anna Paquin become good enough friends that we get a guest appearance on 'True Blood'?! I'm getting ahead of myself aren't I? But how exciting!
Here are the girls in between takes of 'The Romantics' currently filming on Long Island - my neck of the woods. I should be stalking, shouldn't I? LOL!
If you haven't heard about the comedy yet: Seven close friends reunite for the wedding of two of their friends. Problems arise because the bride and the maid of honor have had a long rivalry over the groom.

Anna Paquin Is Taking It Easy While Wedding Planning
Anna Paquin says she is taking her time and enjoying her engagement to Stephen Moyer instead of flipping out and becoming psychotic about the life change.
"It feels organic. It's more about being family that becoming Bridezilla overnight and wearing some big meringue wedding dress. That would scare the s**t out of me. I wasn't the girl who spent hours dreaming of my wedding."
Anna, 27, loves working with her fiance as is means they spend a significant amount of time together. Although she is thrilled to be engaged, she is in no rush to walk down the aisle and says Stephen, 39, feels the same.
"We're not planning the wedding yet. I'm not really that girl, we're not really that couple. We're happy and things are good and we're not on any particular schedule and it'll happen when we have time."
I was that girl. As soon as I could I think I was setting up appointments with catering halls. How did you handle your wedding? Or how do you expect you'll be when the time comes?

Stephen Moyer Dishes On Wedding Details
'True Blood' star Stephen Moyer talked to People about his wedding plans to fiancee Anna Paquin. It's hard to tell if he's serious, though, because he kind of contradicts himself. On one hand, he seems to have selected his ring bearer.
"Splash, my alpha [dog, a 10-year-old border collie], will be the ringbearer," Moyer said...My son [Billy, born in 2000] might be unhappy about that."
Hmmm... sometimes boys don't care about these things. Yet Stephen has forgotten one small detail: the date of the wedding, so it sounds like things aren't quite finalized.
"We haven’t planned anything," Moyer said. "People say, 'You are engaged to be married,' and I’m like, 'Really? I thought we were just engaged.' "
I haven't heard that one before. Is that a new guy trick, like: look, I proposed, and you have your ring, so there's no need to actually rush on the wedding? LOL
I hope these two make it down the aisle: they're such a cute couple!

Anna Paquin Is Cool With Nudity
Seems celebs either go towards one opposite extreme or the other. You have those that are ready to strip down at a moment's notice and then you have the others who swear they will NEVER go nude for a film. Anna Paquin thinks that taking her clothes off is no big deal.
"People are just too uptight when it comes to nudity. I don't see what the big deal is about showing people as they actually are and if they are having sex presumably they are naked. On my planet they are anyway. I have no problem with it."
