Anne Heche Won't Get Married Again
Anne Heche has been with James Tupper since 2006, but the two tell Life & Style magazine that they have no intentions to marry.
"We are eternally engaged," James, who now stars on the NBC medical drama Mercy, tells Life & Style. "That means I have to give her a new ring every year. I'm not saying we'll never [officially] get engaged, but she likes getting a ring every year."
A new ring every year? Nice! If she holds off long enough, she'll have quite the ring collection!
Marriage may be off the table for now but James would like to add another child to their family. Anne has a 7 year old, Homer, from a previous marriage and together she & James have a son, Atlas, who was born in March.
"I'd love to have a girl," says James. "I'm trying to talk Anne into it, but like every actress, she says, 'I don't want to get fat again. I have a career!'"

Anne Heche Doesn't Regret Comments About Ex On Letterman
Back to the topic of divorced couples remaining friends... I'm sure you all remember Anne Heche's appearance on 'The David Letterman Show' in August. If you don't, then I'll remind you: she called him "a lazy a*s."
And now Anne says she has no regrets about it, although her ex, Coley Laffoon, called her comments "disturbing."
"You know, you go on Letterman to have fun and to be funny," Heche, 40, told Usmagazine.com...
"Hopefully it was funny!" added Heche
I guess TMZ's news that the court ordered Anne and Coley to hire a parenting referee is no surprise, is it? I do feel badly for their son, Homer. Hopefully the parenting referee will be able to help them.

Anne Heche In Catherine Malandrino
Anne Heche appeared on “The Late Show” with David Letterman tonight in a dress by Catherine Malandrino. Heche radiated in the flutter sleeve dress with antique gunmetal zipper trim detail from the Summer/ Pre-Fall 2009 collection.
The actress also chose a pair of Martin Katz earrings and diamond bracelet to accessorize her playful ruffled black dress.
Anne Heche Attacks Ex-Husband While On Letterman
Anne Heche – whose bitter divorce from cameraman Coley Laffoon was finalized in March – had her claws out while on ‘The Late Show With David Letterman’ yesterday after she was asked about her former partner.
She said:
“Can you say lazy a*s on TV?”
Despite admitting the comment was “terrible”, Anne – who shares custody of their son Homer and pays Coley $3,500 a month in child support - made another sharp remark about Coley when asked about his career.
She said:
“He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes, 'Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh! I got a check from Anne! Yay!'
“He is doing a lot for himself right now. I think he wants to coach soccer right about now.It's funny because you can't quite let go of the ex. He wants me to come and watch him run around in his little white shorts playing soccer. Honestly, I don't want to come to rehearsal and watch you run around in your tight shorts trying to pretend you know how to play soccer. I divorced you! I don't want to hang around with you Thursdays and Saturdays and maybe on Sunday.”
Didn't she cheat on him while they were married? Shouldn't he be the one talking smack about her?
Back to the Letterman interview - during their divorce, Anne and Coley couldn’t agree on how to split their furniture or custody of Homer.
She claimed he was only interested in “porn, poker and money” while he said she was mentally unstable.
In the end, Anne is believed to have given Coley a $515,000 lump sum payment. He also got half of their assets, including $700,000 worth of stocks. OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Anne is now dating actor James Tupper, with who she has five-month-old son Atlas.

Anne Heche & James Tupper Welcome A Baby Boy
The day of surprises! I had no idea Anne Heche was so close to delivering! Yet she has, according to Us Weekly. Anne and James Tupper welcomed baby Atlas over the weekend. They've kept a low profile (and she hides it well: these pictures are dated October 24)!
'Homer is very excited to be a big brother,' the source tells Us."
It must have been a big relief to finalize her divorce last week so that she can focus on her new baby.

Anne Heche Finalizes Divorce
Anne Heche and Coleman "Coley" Laffoon seperated way back in December of '06, but the divorce has just now been finalized. They're both probably very relieved to be able to put that behind them. The judge also ordered Anne to make child supports of $3,700 per child.
According to documents filed Monday at Los Angeles Superior Court,
Heche and Laffoon will share custody of their 7-year-old son Homer when
both parents are in Los Angeles.The "Six Days
Seven Nights" actress will pay $3,700 in monthly child support, as well
as 75 percent of her son's private school tuition.
$3,700 sounds pretty reasonable compared to some of the other huge celebrity child support payments we hear about, right?
