Anne Heche and her soon to be ex husband Coley Laffoon have finally reached a divorce settlement. Court papers have Anne paying out a one time $275,000 lump sum to Coley and then $3,700 each month moving forward for child support. The couple shares a 6 year old son. Prior to the agreement, Anne was shelling out $15,000 a month in child support, so the decrease is quite significant.
Under the settlement, Heche, 38, also will pay 75 percent of son Homer's private school tuition and half of "agreed-upon extracurricular activities" for the boy, according to L.A. Superior Court papers.

It is disappointing that Coley Laffoon has resorted to filing lies with the court because Anne would not cave in to his astronomical monetary demands, including his demand for $45,000 a month in support. For the past several years, the child's father has refused to get a job in order to contribute financially to the child's care.

Anne Heche's husband, Coley Laffoon, filed for divorce after five years of marriage, according to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Laffoon, who cited the usual irreconcilable differences, is seeking joint custody of their 4-year-old son, Homer, and spousal support from Heche, the papers show. Laffoon filed for divorce against the Men in Trees star Thursday and the papers were released on Friday. He gave no date of separation. (source)

Sources tell ET that ANNE HECHE has left her husband, COLEY LAFFOON, for her "Men in Trees" co-star JAMES TUPPER. Heche's rep confirms that she and Laffoon have separated. The two were married in 2001 and have a son together. (source)
