Sophie Monk Talks About Uncomfortable Benji Madden Reunion
Benji Madden shunned his ex-fiancee in a restaurant, leaving her mortified. Sophie Monk - whose engagement to the Good Charlotte rocker ended in February 2008 - was delighted to see her former beau at a restaurant recently, but he refused to speak to her.
"I saw him the other day actually but he wasn’t as warm or welcoming as I was. I gave him a hug, but no arms came out, it was the worst! It was so embarrassing."
For Sophie, 29, the situation was made even worse because so many people were staring at her when it happened.
She told Australian radio show 2Day FM’s Kyle and Jackie O:
"I went out of my way to go to his table at dinner and everyone was looking at me so I was like, ‘OK, I’ll just back out.’ Then I had a couple of glasses of wine so I went back and did it again, I thought, ‘Oh hell, I don’t care, I’m bigger than this. I’ve got no issue with him.’ It didn’t work again so next time, I might not do that. I can’t do that though I’ll always say hello."
That's not nice!
Good thing Sophie is in a new relationship, but don't ask her to talk about it.
"He’s a doctor. A plastic surgeon doctor. I was like, I’ve only known him for six days and everyone’s going to pick me apart now even though I’ve had nothing done. It’ll be like, ‘Oh he did this and that.’ My mum’s going to hit him up though, she’s like ‘What can he do for me?’ "
Wonder why Benji wasn't friendly? Or perhaps Sophie took it the wrong way?
Celebrities Attend Nylon Magazine's Fall TV & Fashion Issue Celebration
Now this is a party I would have loved to crash! True Blood and Dollhouse in the same room at the same time... I'm speechless.
Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Eliza Dushku, AnnaLynne McCord, Shannon Elizabeth, Tahmoh Penikett, Kristin Cavallari, and Benji Madden walked the red carpet for Nylon Magazine's celebration of their Fall TV & Fashion Issue held at Skybar at Mondrian in Hollywood, California.
Black seemed to be the color of the evening. AnnaLynn had a little fun with her heel, but besides that the group pretty much stayed tone down.

Benji Madden On Video Set With Young Dre
Wonder what Benji Madden has been up to lately? This past weekend, he appeared in the video shoot for the single “Cheah Beah (Fight Night Remix)” - by Young Dre and featuring Snoop Dogg.
The song is the title track for the EA game “Fight Night Round 4” which comes out June 30th and is the only place the track will be featured. Benji palled around with Young Dre and made a few cameo’s in the upcoming music video for the track.

This afternoon I have a nice mix of celebrities all spotted out and about for you.
Megan Fox was casual in her signature hat as she arrived back to her home in L.A.
Benji Madden was seen taking a little snack break with a mystery woman at his DCMA store.
Lady Gaga, pantless, gloved and wearing some killer shoes, made her way totally inconspicuously through Sydney. She's on tour in Australia right now with the Pussycat Dolls.
Jesus Luz purchased some jewelry for Madonna in Rio de Janeiro. Let the engagement rumors begin!
And LL Cool J headed to the 2009 CBS Upfront Presentation in New York City.

Nicole Richie And Lauren Conrad Come Out To Support UNICEF
An adorably pregnant Nicole Richie, along with Joel and Benji Madden, Lauren Conrad, and Rachel Zoe attended the Sony Cierge and The Richie-Madden Children's Foundation private cocktail event supporting UNICEF held in Los Angeles last night.
How wonderful! Once again, I just have to say what a turn around Nicole has done with her life. She is really setting a great example for the rest of young Hollywood.
And is anyone else happy to see Nicole and Rachel on better terms? Or is that just me?

Katy Perry Denies Hooking Up With Benji Madden
Katy Perry and Benji Madden were recently linked as a hot new couple, but Katy is taking to the blogs to shut the rumor down.
“Oh kittens! It’s two pseudo famous people sitting next to each other... doesn’t mean we were bumping uglies!
You know I don’t just do that with anyone! That’s just how the media
works, as you can tell. I was there celebrating a really fun show and a
boozy valentines with all my good friends. We were like a group of 25!”
She does have a plan for finding a good man though.
"I wonder if you can cash in frequent flyer miles for a boyfriend
rather than just dinners and gift certificates for starbucks? 'How many
miles for brad pitt, pls?'"
Not a bad idea... ;)

The Madden Brothers Cooking At Denny's
Yesterday afternoon, Joel & Benji Madden took over the Denny's kitchen to create their own menu item for this summer's upcoming installment of Denny's Rockstar Menu. The menu currently is offering the 'Hot N Cold Cherry Chocolate Cappuccino" created by Katy Perry among others.
The guys created several different varieties of burrito, EACH including vegetarian & vegan options.
Madden fans, does this make you want to go to Denny's now that you know the two men worked on a menu item? When I was in college, Denny's was a STAPLE for me, but there are none where I live as an adult! :(
