Love It Or Hate It: Lady Gaga And Beyonce In 'Video Phone'
I don't know... a lot of people are HATING the video for 'Video Phone'... but I doubt it will take away from the success of the tune. I think the song is great and will probably do VERY well on the radio.
The problem with the video is there really isn't an even match between Lady Gaga and Beyonce in it. You can't compete with Beyonce... you just CAN'T. She is dancing and inspiring YouTube videos with each passing second and then Lady Gaga comes and it's just so very plain jane. She's more exciting walking through LAX. The team should have let Lady Gaga BE Lady Gaga and then it would have been something great to watch.
And what's up with the toy guns???

Are Beyonce And Jay-Z Ready To Start A Family?
According to Life & Style, Jay-Z is more than ready to start a family with wife Beyonce, and they're speculating that the couple is close to getting started.
"The most important thing on the horizon [for Jay] seems to be a plan to have children with Knowles," Gotham magazine says in its November issue. "When [Gotham editor in chief Cristina Cuomo] asked him about having babies and a family, he said yes to that," a rep for Gotham tells Life & Style.
"Most people want to have a family someday," [Jay-Z's] said. "So I'm just a regular American boy."
I'm not sure if that means Jay-Z is ready to start a family right now, but maybe, according to this next bit of information.
"Jay wanted to marry B and make babies with her from practically the moment they met," an insider close to him tells Life & Style. "Jay has never hidden his desire for children. After Beyoncé agreed to marry Jay and before the wedding, he began referring to her as 'wifey' and 'my baby's mama.'"
I wonder if Beyonce considers this a good time? Her career is going full-steam ahead. I always got the impression she wanted to wait a bit before having children. But who knows?

Beyonce Wins Big At MTV Europe Music Awards
Beyonce Knowles won three awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards last night.
The ‘Sweet Dreams’ singer – who wowed crowds with a performance of her latest track while wearing a skimpy red corset and suspenders – was the most successful star of the night as she was awarded the prize for Best Song for her track ‘Halo’, Best Video for her hit record ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ and also scooped the Best Female Singer honor.
The 28-year-old beauty’s win completely overshadowed Lady Gaga, who had been nominated for five awards but only went home with the Best New Act prize.
Ceremony presenter Katy Perry, 25, was so starstruck by the singer-and-actress, she almost “p****d” herself with nerves and excitement when they met.
The ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer admitted she was terrified about running into the curvy singer and fellow chart-topper Lady Gaga in case they judged her on her skimpy stage outfits and cheeky presenting style.
“I’m totally petrified about what those girls will think, but I’m doing it in my own way, not to be taken too seriously – like everything I do.
“I saw Beyonce and nearly p****d myself – she’s such a force.”
Busty brunette Katy – who changed her outfit 12 times during the ceremony - teased the crowd with a host of sexy anecdotes and at one stage, even joked about the ‘Poker Face’ star – who has been plagued by rumors she is a hermaphrodite. Sitting in a giant, red, glittery stiletto, she said:
“They say if men have big shoes, they have big… The confusing thing is I borrowed this from Lady Gaga!”

Billboard's 4th Annual Women In Music
Lady Gaga was seen arriving to Billboard's 4th annual Women In Music event in New York City. She's going to be receiving the "Rising Star" honor tonight. Beyonce is also attending and will be "crowned" Woman of the Year! What an honor for them both!
In other Gaga news: Lady Gaga took to her Twitter today to let everyone know that she is going ahead with her tour & her new single that leaked isn't the finished product!
Still leaving on solo TOUR this nov. Announcing next week. leaked next single is makin my ears bleed. Wait till you hear the real version ;)
She elaborated to Access Hollywood:
“We just mutually decided to cancel the tour, but I’m still going on tour this November,”
“I’ll be leaving only a week later,” Gaga said.

Fact Or Fiction: Beyonce And Lindsay Lohan Drama During The F1 Rocks Concert In Singapore
Beyonce reportedly had Lindsay Lohan thrown out of her own dressing room because the singer wanted it for herself. The former Destiny’s Child star was performing at the F1 Rocks concert in Singapore over the weekend and had ordered her entourage to get her the largest dressing area backstage.
However, Lindsay – who was hosting the event for British TV network Channel 4 – had already claimed the room for herself as she arrived before and was left upset when she was told she would have to vacate it.
The ‘Mean Girls’ actress told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper:
“I’ve been a bit down. It was a strange night. Everyone was being aggressive and bothering me. I really didn’t like it.”
In the lead up to her performance, Beyonce made her support acts sweat as she wouldn’t allow them to use her air conditioning.
Although temperatures backstage approached 90 degrees and people were practically passing out, Beyonce’s entourage refused to switch on her personal air cooling fans as they were just for her.
COME ON NOW! Is this serious?
British DJ Seb Fontaine – who suffered heatstroke – told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper:
“We were told, ’No they are Beyonce’s fans.’ I wasn’t asking to play her drum kit on stage. I just wanted to keep cool.”
In her 139-page rider, Beyonce also demanded six beauty chambers, fitness equipment, an authentic fruit platter and tea and honey.
