Blake Lively Thinks She Looks Masculine
We all have insecurities about our appearance, but I wouldn't have guessed Blake Lively felt this way! Although many may see Blake as the "beautiful young socialite" she plays on Gossip Girl, she confessed to feeling very differently about her appearance.
'I feel like a tranny a lot of the time,' the 5-foot-10 star says in the May issue of Allure
(on newsstands April 21). 'I don't know, I'm ... large? They put me in
six-inch heels, and I tower over every man. I've got this long hair and
lots of clothes and makeup on.' "
Blake even said she avoids wearing pink so she won't look like "a piece of bubble gum."
Being an actress must be torturous for Blake! I certainly don't think she has anything to worry about, do you?

Gossip Girl Cast Hard At Work
The Gossip Girl cast is still hard at work! They must be filming the final episodes for the season at this point! Off-screen couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley chat on set.
Leighton Meester, meanwhile, is sporting some colorful leggings, isn't she?
They all look like they're in good spirits, though! I bet they're counting down the days to summer hiatus, just like kids in school ;)

Blake Lively At The Late Show
Blake Lively arrived to The Late Show with David Letterman in a cute plaid dress, Chanel purse and trench and then emerged looking gorgeous in a hot pink mini yesterday afternoon in New York. I love when we get a chance to see the before and after - although in Blake's case she looked phenomenal in both.
I also found a video of Blake getting interviewed by David for fans who just can't stay up that late to watch Letterman's program. What? Is that just me? Anything on past 10pm is irrelevant to me these days.

Blake Lively Learns From Britney Spears' Mistakes
Blake Lively won't make the same mistakes most of young Hollywood does when first entering the game. The actress insists she isn't going to get sucked into the limelight and make a fool of herself publicly for the world to see.
"I'm trying to avoid all the excessive aspects of this business. So many young actors make mistakes and they do it in front of the cameras.
Blake brings up Britney Spears as her example.
"I mean Britney was dating a paparazzo! If she wasn't Britney Spears, would he have been with her? That's why it's important to me to surround myself with people I trust."
After all her recent press, the actress insists she is still "pretty normal".
"I'm still pretty normal. I don't see myself as a celebrity. I like cooking - I'm a bit of a Nigella Lawson. I don't hang out at nightclubs, although I enjoy going to cool restaurants. But reading in cafes is more my style.
This is the happiest I've ever been."
It can continue to be this way as long as Blake chooses this. There are a few big celebrities that manage to live normal lives.

Gossip Girls Cast Hard At Work
You certainly can't argue that the Gossip Girls cast doesn't work: the paparazzi makes sure of that! I know they're all bundled up, but I can't help but wonder, don't they get COLD working outside so much? I'd be pleading to go inside: even with no heat, I bet it'd be warmer!
Blake Lively makes a phone call (or pretends to) while shooting a scene. Meanwhile, Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick work on their own scenes. I bet Leighton likes that long coat even if it does look a little unwieldy!
And Ed is a man after my own heart, munching on a candy bar ;)
