Brad Pitt was seen arriving at LAX airport on a flight from London yesterday afternoon looking a bit muted. He needs a few rubber bands and Cyndi Lauper on his arm to complete this look right? I mean, where is he going with that beard. It's... LONG.
He is such a chameleon. I liked his style much better when he was with Gwyneth Paltrow or Jennifer Aniston. California chic works so well on Brad! This new grunge / all black / bearded / wearing hats Brad 2.0 is ... well, what do you think?

Brad Pitt Turns Down $5 Million To Spend Time With His Children
Brad Pitt reportedly turned down $5 million for a public appearance to spend time with his children.
The ‘Burn After Reading’ star had been due to attend the Grand Prix Ball Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates on October 31, but failed to show up.
Photographs later revealed he had joined partner Angelina Jolie and their six children trick-or-treating for Halloween in Los Angeles. A source told Life and Style magazine:
“He’s spending more time with the family and doing less of these appearances, even though it’s a huge sum of cash.”
A spokesperson for the event - which featured performances from Beyonce Knowles, Aerosmith and Timbaland, and raised money for clean water charity Fresh2o - admitted Brad had been expected to attend and was unsure why he had shunned the huge appearance fee. James Magee, a representative for Global Event Management, said:
“We were told he would be attending as the guest of the Tourism Development and Investment Company. But he was a no-show, and nobody seemed to know why.”
While I can understand why Brad doesn't NEED the $5 million, I don't understand why he would commit to something and then not show. That's the part that's a bit off. At this point, Brad and Angie don't need to earn another dollar.

Lindsay Lohan And Others Jump On The Jewelry Line Bandwagon
Lindsay Lohan's clothing line with Ungaro might have been a bust but she now has her eye on something a little different. She told Access Hollywood:
“[Jeweler] Pascal [Mouawad] and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns bebe,” she said at Pascal’s Nu Pop Movement launch party in West Hollywood. “We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”
Pascal's people told Access that it wasn't finalized.
A Pascal rep told Access on Friday that the new line has yet to be finalized.
But according to E! Online, - the famous jeweler is denying that the two are collaborating.
"This is not happening," the jeweler said in an email to WWD.
I wonder what happened? Or if this was just a miscommunication?
Lindsay isn't the only one with her eye on a jewelry line. The Kardashian sisters are working on one, too. The trio will be launching a jewelry line with Virgin Saints and Angels.
The collection embraces our unique style…. Romantic, edgy, and classic vintage… of at least we hope so :) . Our Armenian culture is very important to us and we tried to incorporate that in the jewelry also,” Kim writes on her official website.

Angelina Jolie Spread Rumors About Jennifer Aniston
Another day closer to publication brings another bombshell. According to the book 'Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie,' Angelina Jolie is a pretty fierce mean girl in her own right. This is what the author writes:
[Angelina] waged "a mean-spirited but effective campaign" against Jennifer Aniston around the time that Brad Pitt divorced her to be with Jolie.
Author Ian Halperin asserts in his book that Jolie and her camp (including her manager Geyer Kosinski and brother James Haven) planted press stories in 2005 that painted Aniston in a negative light. Specifically? That Aniston firmly prioritized her career over starting a family -- which put her directly at odds with Pitt, who ached for kids.
Jolie, Halperin writes, "was convinced that this is the story that would resonate with all these women who saw her as a man-stealing b*tch."

Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie May Have Broken Up Several Times?
The new issue of Us Magazine claims to have an exclusive first peek at some of the shocking allegations made in the upcoming book about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is claiming some pretty outrageous things about the couple.
Just one of the bombshells:
"they've broken up so many times it would make your head spin."
The book claims that Angelina has a wicked temper and the couple fight all the time.
claims Jolie "has a temper like a cobra." The book even alleges that she confessed to hiring a hit man to kill her in 1998 because she was so distraught.
"They fight all the time about the kids - where to put toys, saying the wrong thing to a nanny, not cleaning up," one source tells Us Weekly. "Like cats and dogs."

Brad Pitt Is Ready For A 'Basterds' Prequel
Brad Pitt has one film project in particular that he is eager to do (you know, just in case nothing else pans out): a prequel to 'Inglourious Basterds' with Quentin Tarantino, according to E! Online.
"Everybody would drop whatever they're doing to go back to work with Quentin," Pitt's Basterds costar Eli Roth told [E! Online] at the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards presented by Movieline.com in Hollywood. "All the time, Brad says, 'Prequel, prequel!' All the 'basterds' would jump on it in a second.
"We have three scenes that we shot in Boston that take place before the war, and Quentin says if he does the prequel, he's going to use them," Roth said. "They're not going to be DVD extras."
"There's a great scene with me and Cloris Leachman," Roth adds. "I go and get her to sign the bat. It's me and the little old Jewish ladies of the neighborhood."
Apparently, this isn't just wishful thinking, either.
"[Quentin] has most of it written, so now it's just a matter of figuring the whole thing out," Roth said. "Quentin's standards are so high that he won't do it unless he feels like he can do it better than the first one."
