Britney Spears Having Trouble In Australia
Here's Britney Spears leaving the Hyatt Hotel Perth for her first Australian concert of her 'Circus' tour. Looks like she switched out her red sunglasses for an orange pair - same style though.
The singer is having a bit of an issue while down under. An official wants to force Britney's camp to let her fans know she isn't singing live during her performance.
Reports that she will lip-sync during many of the concerts prompted the New South Wales Minister for Fair Trading to suggest tickets should carry disclaimers about whether parts of the concerts were pre-recorded.
Australians would not tolerate a "Mickey Mouse performance", Virginia Judge told Sydney's Daily Telegraph in reference to the US star's past as one of Disney's Mouseketeer personalities.
"Let's be clear -- live means live," she said. If you are spending up to $182 dollars, I think you deserve better than a film clip."
They are trying to get a disclaimer placed on the ticket. What do you think about this idea? Should all concerts let their viewers know whether or not the performance is live?

Britney Spears Is Heading To Australia
Britney Spears was photographed surrounded by paparazzi as she arrived at LAX to catch a flight to Australia. The singer is heading down under for the next leg of her Circus Tour.
I wonder if her staff brought in the boys using a different route to avoid the crowd or if they will join her later on in the week?
This never gets easy I am sure.

Britney Spears And Jason Getting Serious?
Just the other day it was confirmed that Britney Spears and Jason Trawick are back on but not exclusive. But today we find out that Jason is already chumming it up with Brit's kids!
"Jason was great with the kids and you can tell Britney really trusts him. He would pick up Jayden if he wanted to be held, immediately calming the boy down."
"He is absolutely fantastic with the boys," a Trawick pal enthuses. "When you see him with them, you wouldn't think for a moment that he wasn't their dad. He treats the kids like they are his own."
It's just so strange to me that Jason told Britney that he doesn't want to be serious or exclusive with her yet she's allowing him to act as a father figure towards her kids. However, a friend of Jason's says that he's ready to take on the responsibility of caring for Britney and her boys.
"[Jason] seems ready to take on the responsibility of a single mom with two kids," another friend of Trawick's confirms.
Friends describe Jason as "a nice guy who doesn't take life too seriously," and that sounds like a good fit for Brit, but I just hope this one pans out for her. First off, he's a great looking guy, and secondly she deserves some happiness in her life.

Report: Britney Spears Feels Out Of Control
Britney Spears feels "completely out of it" because her father is so controlling, it has been claimed. Friends say the '3' singer is so strictly guarded by dad Jamie Spears she has lost track of the time and days of the week. A source told FoxNews:
"She is so out of it she just doesn’t care anymore. She just does what she’s told and is totally in her world.
"She’ll even call people at all hours of night for a general conversation and acts like it’s the middle of the day or something."
Jamie – who took charge of Britney's personal and financial affairs after her emotional breakdown in January 2008 – is so determined to keep his daughter under control he is reportedly systematically firing her staff so she doesn't have the chance to get close to anyone.
"He’s really trying to clean up her image. He’s making a lot of changes to the people around her. Everyone is a bit on edge they could be the next one to be replaced.
"Britney's family has seen what happens when she gets too close to outsiders and they lose control, they don’t want it happening again."
Jamie blames Britney's relationship with former manager Sam Lutfi and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib for his daughter's breakdown. He has taken out restraining orders against both men.

Britney Spears And Jason Trawick : Back On
Britney Spears has rekindled her romance with Jason Trawick. The ‘Womanizer’ singer and agent Jason – who split in August after five months together – were spotted kissing and cuddling at a California mall earlier this month. A source told National Enquirer magazine:
“They’ve been spending a lot of time together. Britney missed Jason so much when they were apart. They barely spoke. Now he’s planning to join her on her Australian tour next month.”
Britney’s father Jamie – who was made co-conservator of her personal and professional affairs following her breakdown last year – was instrumental in reuniting the love birds.
He found it hard seeing his 27-year-old daughter so heartbroken, and so asked Jason to consider giving the romance another try.
“Jamie was really worried about Britney. She had all this free time on her hands during her tour break, and she was lonely. When Jason heard this, he came running. He really cares about Britney and doesn’t want to see her hurt.”
However, Jason still doesn’t feel ready to settle down and has told Britney he wants to date other people.
“He let her know he doesn’t want to be super-serious. Yes they’re dating, but it’s not exclusive. Britney’s not happy about that, but she’ll take what she can get.”
