Brittany Murphy Calls Police After Hearing Gunfire
Brittany Murphy got quite a scare last night! According to TMZ, her neighbors called the police at about 2:30 this morning to complain about the noise Brittany was making. Brittany reportedly was screaming because she thought she heard gunshots being fired outside her home.
That would make me scream.
When LAPD arrived on the scene, they saw the panicked actress on her balcony, yelling about the alleged gun fire.
No weapon, bullet or body was found -- and after an investigation, the noise was discovered to be coming from a generator, which had been acting up due to the funky L.A. weather last night.
Thank goodness everyone was safe! Hopefully the police advised Brittany to call 911 herself if she thought she heard gunshots outside in the future, but I don't blame her for being panicked.

Brittany Murhpy & Simon Monjack Working In Los Angeles
It's truly nice to see Brittany Murphy so happy and I think it's obvious that her new husband Simon Monjack is part of the reason why. I love when couples start to morph into each other and the next thing you know you end wearing the same stuff. As you can see Brittany and Simon are well on their way. :) Off subject, but what do you think of her long blonde hair? It's rather "Jessica Simpson" don't you think?

Brittany Murphy And Simon Monjack Don't Read The Blogs
According to Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack they are a "blog free couple." Brittany said they have stopped using the internet because they don't want to hear about the public scrutiny of their marriage. The happy couple has proved everyone wrong so far...they're about to have their one year anniversary in April! Simon talked to People saying,
"All these ridiculous people came out and said all this nonsense when we got married, [but] thank god we had the substance and the history within that to [say], 'Yeah, whatever!'" says Monjack, who's been friends with Murphy since she was 17. "We still don't understand what happened. It's made us laugh, it's made us cry, but it's made us stronger"
Another important subject that came up....kids! Yep, Simon says that within the year we'll probably be seeing a baby bump on Brittany.
Monjack, 38, said: "Please God, next year [we're] having a family!"
"Yes! Yes!" chimed in Murphy, 30. "In about a year" they plan to have children. But, joked Monjack, "apparently, according to the Internet, I already have several!"

Brittany Murphy sure did take a chance with her ensemble for the Matthew Williamson show during Fashion Week. Here she is alongside Simon Monjack showing off her eclectic style. Not for me, but I am notorious for simple pieces. Fashionistas, what do you think? Did she work it?

Brittany Murphy At Fashion Week
Brittany Murphy attended two different events at Fashion Week yesterday. One was the Max Azria show and the other was the Launch Party for Adidas Original Denim by Diesel. She went in a variation of the same outfit to each event. I would be SO stressed out if I were a celebrity and was expected to change outfits multiple times in one day....I mean, I have enough trouble as it just deciding which jeans to wear when I wake up in the morning! But hey, that's why they have stylists.
Anyways, how are we feeling about Brittany's clothes and hair?
Brittany Murphy Rocks The Vote
Here is the gorgeous Brittany Murphy at the "House of Hype Daytime Hospitality Lounge" which was held at the Hard Rock Casino. I think the pictures of her posing in the "Rock The Vote" t-shirt look amazing, she certainly shows that she's still got it. I'm glad that her recent marriage to Simon Monjack seems to be going well and hopefully will continue to withstand the pressure of Hollywood.
Simon Monjack Waited For Brittany Murphy To Grow Up
I had no idea...Brittany Murphy's now husband Simon Monjack was the one who took her first photograph for a magazine (Jane Magazine). Simon said,
"No one knows this, but I took Brittany's first photograph for a magazine," Simon tells us. "It was Jane magazine, Brittany was this big," he said holding his hand out at hip level.
But, nothing could happen at the time because of Brittany's age.
Simon, 37, admits Brittany was "too young to touch in those days. To make a long story short, I was very patient," Simon said. It was worth the wait according to Brittany, 30, who says he's now the love of her life.
Remember when they had just gotten married and all we heard about were Simon's visa problems, and how that was the reason they got married? He still won't talk about that...
"After we were married and had all those ridiculous rumors and stupidity, it was just like, 'Are you kidding me?' We never addressed it, and I'm not going to now," Simon said.
Well, these two are obviously doing something right. They're coming up on their one year wedding anniversary, which is more than we can say for a lot of couples in Hollywood...
