Cameron Diaz Doesn’t Mind Aging

Monday, May 12th, 2008 at 1:10 am

“I’m enjoying it (being 35). I feel better with age. I mean, sure, I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think, ‘Wow, I didn’t look so bad.’ “But I take more care of myself now, so in a way I feel like I look better than I did then. I feel good about myself now.”

Cameron Diaz

Everyone should have this outlook on life! Think about how easier it would all be if we just accepted ourselves for face value. Wishful thinking…

If there is one person Cameron Diaz should be spending time with right now, it’s most certainly Ashton Kutcher. Laughter heals a wounded heart. Cameron had jumped back into making press rounds for her upcoming movie, What Happens in Vegas after saying goodbye to her father earlier this month.

Also photographed were Christina Ricci and Emile Hirsch obviously supporting Speed Racer. Go! Speed Racer! Go!

Cameron Diaz Is Back On The Red Carpet!

Friday, May 2nd, 2008 at 1:22 pm

cameron diaz what happens in vegas

It’s good to see that smile again!  Cameron Diaz attended the premiere of What Happens In Vegas with Ashton Kutcher yesterday. It’s her first public appearance since her father’s death.  While it can’t be easy to go on after a parent passes away, in some ways I think it’s good for life to go back to normal.  Hopefully getting back to work will take Cameron’s mind off things…

Cameron Diaz Is Thankful For Your Support

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008 at 5:37 pm

“My mom, sister and I are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming outpouring of love and support during this difficult time for us and all of our family. My dad was loved by so many people and his humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts.”

Cameron Diaz on the support she’s received after losing her father

I just feel terrible. I’ve been writing about her for years and I genuinely feel for her. I don’t know what I would do if I lost my father at such an early age when no one was expecting it to happen. Time will heal.

Cameron Diaz’s Father Passes Away

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008 at 7:57 am

It’s a very sad day for Cameron Diaz. Her father has passed away from pneumonia at the young age of 58. My thoughts are with her today. His death was “shocking” because the family is reporting he was in “terrific health”.

Good News Ladies… Gerard Butler Is Single

Friday, April 11th, 2008 at 4:30 pm

There is no truth to the rumor that Gerard Butler and Cameron Diaz are dating. Cameron is at a point in her life where she wants to have fun and find herself and Gerard is sick of being linked to whoever he stands next to at a party. Us Weekly got down to the bottom of their “relationship”.

Nim’s Island star Gerard Butler vehemently denies that he and Cameron Diaz are hooking up. Reports claim the two got cozy at the Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica, California, and Teddy’s bar in Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel. But Butler, 38, says everything has been blown of proportion.

“If I take a dog for a walk, apparently I’m f—king my dog!” Butler told photographers Thursday in L.A. after a morning run.

Cameron Diaz For W Magazine

Friday, April 11th, 2008 at 1:17 pm

Cameron Diaz graced the cover of W Magazine for their May edition and BOY can this girl take a picture. I can’t help but think about what Kate Hudson just said though about how heavily photoshopped they all are. In case you are a fan, here are a few teasers from the interview.

On whether she dreamed of being an actress when she was a kid…

“Oh, no. I wanted to be a zoologist, to study the sociology of animals,” she says. “But that’s pretty much what I do now anyway. I thought I’d be on the plains of Africa watching lions, but instead I’m in Hollywood watching train wrecks.” And then she busts out laughing and adds hastily, “I’m just kidding.”

On buying a place in Manhattan…

“I’m done with L.A. Those guys [the paparazzi], you can’t get away from them. You have no options because everybody’s in a car. Here, I can walk down the street like everybody else. Not everybody is there to be rich and famous or attach themselves to rich and famous people. People want nothing from you. They just want to say, like, ‘Hey, how’s it going, Cameron?’ I like that interaction. I like to be in a place where I can be open to people and not worry about the consequences.”

On her goals…

“Just kind of taking more time getting to know myself. It sounds so corny that I can’t believe I even just said that, but, you know, there comes a time when you really have to get to know who you are…I’ve just been figuring out what interests me and spending time with people who are important to me and being present in my own life.”

On Vegas…

“I looooove Vegas. It’s such an easy trip from L.A., and there’s always a hotel room because there’s about a billion of them,” she says, before adding with a laugh, “but honestly, you don’t even really need one if you’re just going for the weekend!”
